With the unceasing development of building decoration project and the intensification of market competition,new technology,new technique,new materials and new equipment are emerging constantly,meanwhile,the new project undertook may be more complex in structure,more special in function,more innovative in decorations and then to further promote the development of production technology,and technical management requirements are increasingly superb,which also makes the construction quality management more remarkable and pivotal.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the decoration and construction quality management.In this paper,taking China-Denmark research and education center decoration project as the research object,based on the literature research and theoretical review,combining with the project,the construction quality management of refined decoration project in China-Denmark research and education center was analyzed deeply.Firstly,the fined decoration project in China-Denmark research and education center was introduced briefly,at the same time,according to the characteristics and actual situation of the project,the key points and difficulties in construction were analyzed in detail,so that in the future construction can be targeted.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the project,a reasonable scheme of construction quality management is set up,and the main construction schedule of each branch project are elaborated in detail.Finally,on the basis of defining the engineering quality objective of the company,according to the actual situation of the project,the quality control points at each stage are listed,and the specific quality control measures at different stages are discussed,and a set of construction quality management and quality management suitable for decoration site isworked out.Hope the research on construction quality management of refined decoration project in China-Denmark research and education center can provide certain reference for other similar projects.
