Research On The Competitve Investment Strategy Based On The Liberalization Of The Distribution And Sale Of Electricity Market

In 2015,a new round of power system reform was launched.Under the new electricity reform,power plants,grid companies,electricity selling companies and users compete to share the "dividend" of electricity reform and adopt various measures in order to get the maximum benefit.As the core subject of the power market how to "maintain the stock and compete for the increment" is very important for the future development of the power grid company.Reasonable investment in stock market and incremental market can improve the competitive advantage of power grid companies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study competitive investment stratcgics.This paper studies customer value assessment,substation investment and acquisition of private sector assets to improve the competitiveness of power grid companies and provide reference for power grid companies to make decisions.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Conducted customer value evaluation research under the new electricity reform.First,the enterprise is regarded as the subject of value perception,and the customer is regarded as the object.The customer is divided according to different standards,and then the power customer value evaluation model is established based on the analytic hierarchy process based on the principle of "difference driven".The vector establishes a decision-making judgment matrix,and uses the entropy method to determine the weight of each indicator.Then,the marketisg experts are invited to score each indicator of the customer to obtain the current value and potential value of the customer,and finally the weighted average is used to obtain the comprehensive value of each customer.This research is conducive to the expansion of the market and a dominant position in the market.(2)Research on the decision-making of substation investment and construction First,establish a substation investment and construction decision-making model based on life cycle costs,including one-time investment costs,operating costs and power outage costs.Then,according to historical data,combined with the number of failures and other factors,the various costs of the substation are counted From this,the life cycle cost of the substation can be obtained,it can be revised based on the annual interest rate and other economic parameters to estimate the various parts of the different systems of the substation and the feasibility of applying LCC to the investment of substations is analyzed.(3)Research on the evaluation method for the acquisition of assets in the self-supply area of electricity.First,start from the cost and income aspects of the power self-supply area assets to calculate,where the cost calculation includes fixed assets,operation and maintenance costs,financial expenses,line loss costs,and income calculation inchudes electricity sales income and basic electricity fee income.Then select the three main economic indicators of the project s net present value rate internal rate of return,and investment payback period to establish an asset acquisition evaluation model Finally,take the specfic industrial park as the research object,use the model to detemine the purchaseable value of the industrial park,and compare the results with the industry average to judge the value of the project and provide suggestions for the acquisition.
