With the continuous development of social economy and power,the large-scale integration of new energy into the power grid has made the problem of new energy consumption gradually prominent.In the Yulin area,new energy construction has developed rapidly in recent years,and many new energy power plants have been built.The amount of new energy generation has scared.However,as the proportion of new energy generation in the entire power system is getting higher and higher,this situation has brought to the grid A full hidden danger.As new energy power generation is restricted by the power grid structure,it cannot fully absorb the new energy power generation.At the same time,the volatility of its output will affect the power quality and voltage stability of the power grid in Yulin area,making operation and scheduling difficult.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of the power grid in Yulin area and the development of wind energy and solar energy.In order to solve the problem of new energy coosumption in Yulin area and reduce the energy waste caused by abandonment of wind and light the Yulin power grid planning is studied.First,by analyzing the situation.of new energy resources,operation conditions and grid phannning in Yulin area,it is found that Yulin area still has serious restrictions on new energy transmission,shortage of grid access resources,and uneven distribution of power and load.In response to these problems,the new energy integration plan in Yulin area was planned,and a grid planning method for new energy integration was proposed.Secondly,carry out electric load forecasting and load characteristic analysis on Yulin power grid,and combine conventional power supply and new energy development plan,and calculate and analyze Yulin power grid and various areas in terms of power balance,peak shaving space,transmission demand and absorption capacity of various regions.The capacity of rcceiving new energy in the power supply area.The analysis results show that the capacity of receiving new energy in different regions is different.It is necessary to plan new energy access points according to the actual situation,and add transmission lines if necessaryThirdly,from the aspects of power flow calculation,short-circuit current thermal stability analysis,transient stability calculation,reactive power compensation and grid adaptability analysis,the safety analysis methods of new energy grid connection are studied.Taking the Haojia power supply area as an example,according to the surrounding power grid conditions,three new energy integration schemes were drawn up,and based on power flow calculation,short-circuit current calculation and thermal stability verification,transient stability calculation,reactive power compensation and grid structure The adaptability and other factors analyze the safety of each proposed grid structure.After analysis and comparison,the three proposed schemes have certain defects.It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis in conjunction with the planning model to determine the final planning schemeFinally,a power grid planning model for new energy access is established.The model takes the minimum annual operating cost of the system as the objective function,and takes power balance,node voltage,branch power flow,etc.as constraints,and analyzes the safety of each scheme.An improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Combining with the actual situation of Yulin power grid,using the power grid planning model and algorithm for new energy access proposed in this paper,the new energy consumption of each power supply area of Yulin power grid is planned.Taking the three power supply districts of Haojia,Longquan and Suide as examples,a new energy transmission planning plan that takes into account both safety and economy is given.The results of the calculation examples show that the model and algorithm are effective and feasible,and can effectively solve the large-scale consumption of new energy in the Yulin area.
