| The use of hydraulic asphalt concrete in water conservancy projects is mainly as the impermeable material for hydraulic structures such as darn panels,core walls or seawalls.Therefore,it has higher requirements for its stability,crack resistance and durability.However,these properties will he affected by different factors.The influencing factors include the properties of raw materials,construction technology and environmental conditions of asphalt concrete.At present,asphalt concrete materials are used more and more in water conservancy projects built under seawater corrosive environment,hut there are relatively few researches on the influence of seawater corrosive environment on the performance of hydraulic asphalt concrete.It is of great value and significance to study the influence of different seawater immersion conditions on the mechanical properties of hydraulic asphalt coagulant.In this paper,the influence of different seawater immersion conditions on hydraulic asphalt concrete is studied to explore its performance change rules under seawater conditions,and the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Study on the influence of sea water on the performance of hydraulic asphalt concrete raw materials.The influence of seawater on the raw materials of hydraulic asphalt concrete was studied.Index performance tests were carried out after seawater immersion aggregate and asphalt The performance of materials before and alter seawater immersion was compared.The adhesion of asphalt coated aggregate decreases with the increase of soaking time after soaking in sea water.The penetration degree and softening point of asphalt do not change greatly after soaking in sea Water for a short time,hut the ductility decreases obviously.(2)Expcrimental study on mechanical properties ol asphalt concrete soaked in salt solution in different ways.Ordinary water solution and configuration of salt solution immersion ol hydraulic asphalt concrete mechanics performance of the different ways,get the influence degree of the two types of soaking of asphalt concrete,the results for continuous soaking>dry-wet circulation,and with the increase of immersion time,the two ways in asphalt concrete change degree difference is bigger and bigger.(3)Experimental study on mechanical properties of asphalt concrete soaked in solutions with different salt concentrations.Configure different concentration in the water of the sea,the different concentration of seawater immersion on the properties of hydraulic asphalt concrete,asphalt concrete in 3 months after soaking,the maximum bending strength decreases with increasing soaking water concentration,the maximum bending strain rise with the increase of concentration of water,but change gradually slow down,increasing of salt concentration does not result in asphalt concrete specimen performance change rate of endless increase quickly.(4)Study on the performance change of hydraulic asphalt concrete after a long time of seawater immersion.Based on the equivalence principle,through the specimen at different temperature not long water at the same time,the test for asphalt concrete performance changes in different working conditions,find the test when the temperature of the asphalt concrete to meet used equivalent model,through the model can predict the asphalt concrete in different temperature mechanical properties after seawater immersion.At the same time,through the conversion of time and temperature,the bending strength of asphalt concrete decreases continuously with the increase of time after a long time immersion,and the decline rate is from slow to fast and then slow down.With the increase of soaking time,the bending strain increases first and then decreases continuously.The experimental results show that the seawater has a significant effect on the raw materials and asphalt concrete.The results of the test can provide theoretical reference for the improvement and management of hydraulic asphalt concrete under seawater conditions,and help to improve the safety of water conservancy projects. |
