| In the favorable environment of the rapid development of the global economy, the electrical industry is developing rapidly. As an important part of the electrical industry, electrical control equipment is also undergoing rapid development and changes to meet increasingly diverse production needs and safety factors.Design the operation interface of electrical control equipment that meets the requirements of production and operation, and achieve the effects of efficient operation, safety specifications, and easy to teach and learn. These purposes are becoming more and more industry hotspots. In recent years, all kinds of domestic electrical control equipment have begun to attach importance to industrial design, especially the operation interface of the equipment has been greatly improved compared with before, but there are still deficiencies in ergonomics. This paper summarizes the research status of human-machine interface design in related industries at home and abroad.Taking the control interface design and usability test of micro-arc oxidation power supply as a case,it analyzes some electrical control equipment with similar characteristics to the operation interface of micro-arc oxidation power supply. The research and experimental methods used in the design of man-machine interface summarize the relevant design methods applicable to the man-machine interface of electrical control equipment.Through literature research, field investigation, user interviews and other methods, combined with ergonomics related design theory, the article redesigned the design practice of the micro-arc oxidation power supply operation panel and appearance to make its operation more efficient and make the equipment safer. The teaching type of Heyi has been improved;later, the software is used to parametrically design the new interface, and the operation efficiency of the new and old interfaces is compared with the eye tracker experiment and the operation step control experiment, and the final optimization plan is obtained. This research method can be used Provide design reference for the man-machine interface design of similar electrical control equipment. |
