| The method of agent simulation focuses on the behavior of the individual in the micro level of the system,so as to form the system evolution phenomenon in the macro level.System formulation and implementation are two important dimensions of public policy research.The government formulates a waterr-saving system to regulate the purchase and use of water-saving appliances by means of economic subsidies and compulsory means,so as to regulate the water-saving behavior of water users.Among them,the demonstration role among neighbors and the competition mechanism among water-saving appliance manufacturers belong to the micro level factors that water-saving system affects water-saving behavior,and also the important factors that affect the execution of water-saving system.Therefore,this paper uses agent simulation modeling method to simulate the impact process of water-saving system on water-saving behavior from a dynamic and micro perspective,so as to provide some reference for water-saving management departments to formulate scientific and effective water-saving system.Firstly,this paper collects and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and makes a comparative analysis with the relevant research status in China.Secondly,based on the method of agent simulation and the concept of agent,three agents are constructed:water-saving management department,water-saving appliance market and water users.Thirdly,the agent attributes and behavior rules in the model are transformed,and the influencing factors and decision functions of different agents are obtained.Then,the interaction between the agents is deeply analyzed,and the agent simulation model of the influence of water-saving system on water-saving behavior is constructed.Finally,based on the NetLogo platform,a total of 8 groups of control experiments were designed,from which the representative experimental data were selected for analysis.For the different combination of economic subsidies and enforcement of water-saving system,as well as the water-saving behavior participation of water users and the penetration rate of water-saving appliances brought by the publicity and education of environmental variables,this paper records and analyzes in detail the relevant parameters of the implementation degree of water-saving system,and obtains the change process of various parameters under the influence of different water-saving systems.In this study,the influence of water-saving system on water-saving behavior is simulated by agent,and the following conclusions are obtained:first,water users lack autonomy in the use of water-saving appliances,and less actively participate in water-saving behavior;second,economic subsidies or coercive measures,if supplemented by publicity of water-saving appliances,will greatly improve the participation of water users in water-saving behavior.The implementation of water-saving system will increase,and the implementation of water-saving system will decrease marginally if economic subsidies or coercive measures are applied alone;thirdly,the implementation of water-saving system is not conducive to the long-term implementation of water-saving system when the coercive measures are applied to water users too much and the intervention time is too early;fourthly,the demonstration role among water users will affect the water-saving behavior choice of water users And the implementation of water-saving system has a greater impact,and is positively related to the relationship between parents and children.Based on the research conclusions,this paper also puts forward the management enlightenment and policy suggestions related to water-saving system:first,the government guidance and market effect can jointly affect water-saving behavior;second,water-saving management departments can formulate economic subsidy standards for different water-saving appliances;third,the demonstration role between water users can guide water users to participate in water-saving behavior.The relevant management enlightenment has a certain reference value for the improvement of the implementation of water-saving system. |
