As a special vehicle for transporting oil products,single-vehicle tank trucks can easily cope with narrow streets and rugged mountain roads due to their better maneuverability and passing performance,and are highly adaptable to roads under multiple working conditions.With the huge demand for fuel in various industries and the development of the road transportation industry,single-vehicle tank trucks have received increasing attention in many special tanker categories and have broad application prospects.However,in actual work scenarios,when a bicycle tanker encounters a poor road,the liquid in the tank is likely to cause a large liquid sloshing impact,which threatens the structural strength of the tanker.Tanker accidents occur from time to time,and it is not only possible to reduce the weight of the tanker.Improving its maneuverability can also reduce transportation costs.Therefore,carrying out structural strength analysis and structural optimization research on single-vehicle tank trucks has become a research hotspot in the field of special vehicles in recent years.To this end,the study combines the structural strength design and structural optimization requirements of a certain type of special-purpose single-vehicle tank car,and builds its sloshing impact analysis model and fluid-structure coupling analysis method under consideration of road excitation conditions,mainly analyzing normal,turning,braking and The impact force distribution and law of liquid sloshing in the tank under different loading conditions are applied to the inner surface of the tank as a dynamic impact load.The indirect fluid-solid coupling method is used to study the static and dynamic structural strength of the single-vehicle tanker,and Exploring the optimization space of the subframe and tank body provides a certain theoretical reference for the update of the design method of the single-car tanker and the development of the design technology more suitable for the actual operating conditions.The main content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the theory of fluid-structure coupling analysis,ADINA is used to calculate the liquid sloshing impact force in the tank under different working conditions.Liquid sloshing in order to obtain accurate results,using the national standard road roughness coefficient and Fourier inverse transformation technique for random road load spectrum,on this basis to cycling tank solid coupling analysis model of traffic building,the bike tankers during normal driving,braking,turning the distribution regularity of tank of liquid sloshing impact.The results show that the calculation results of the liquid sloshing impact force in the tank are consistent with the actual situation of liquid sloshing,which proves the correctness of the results.Get different road surface and load conditions of liquid sloshing force distribution,and studies the impact on the tank car structure strength analysis of the dynamic load function method,build the structure of the bicycle to the tanker indirect fluid-structure coupling strength calculation method,a successful implementation consideration of liquid sloshing impact tank car structure strength of purpose.2.Based on the static and transient finite element analysis theory,combined with the structural characteristics of the three-dimensional geometric model of a single tank truck and the material properties of each component,and based on the ANSYS finite element structure analysis platform,the pre-processing analysis technology for simulating the working conditions of the tank truck was studied and constructed.The structural strength analysis model of single-vehicle oil tanker considering liquid sloshing impact,road surface load spectrum excitation and structural connection characteristics of oil tanker is completed,which provides a reliable analysis and research method for structural strength calculation of single-vehicle oil tanker,and provides a good reference for the update and development of tank truck design methods.3.Using the constructed indirect fluid-structure coupling calculation method for a single-vehicle tank car,the static full load state,turning full load state,braking full load state,90km/h full load driving on the A-class road and 40km/h full-load driving on the C-class road are calculated.The mechanical properties of the tank car under five dynamic conditions and the design requirements are analyzed and researched on the structural strength.The results show that the maximum stress of all components meets the strength requirements under the static and dynamic working conditions of the single-vehicle oil tanker,and through the analysis of the structural strength of the single-vehicle oil tanker,it is found that all parts of the subframe and the tank body not only meet the structural strength Design requirements,and the local maximum stress level as a whole has a certain rich space relative to the strength limit of the material itself.Therefore,the structural strength analysis results also show that although the original structural design of the bicycle tanker meets the requirements,there is still room for optimization in some structures.Further structural optimization studies can be carried out to further improve its handling and reduce design and manufacturing costs.4.According to the research results of structural strength of single-vehicle tank truck,the object and scheme of optimal design are put forward,the extension optimization of its sub-frame is studied,and the size optimization of its tank body is studied.The results show that the total mass of the subframe is reduced by 7.58%and 2.43%,respectively,when 50%and 80%materials are retained after extension and optimization.After the tank size optimization,the thickness of the tank is reduced to 5mm.Compared with the structural strength performance surface of the tank before and after optimization,the economy and structural strength of the optimized tank are better than the original tank,and the weight of the tank is changed to 595kg,reducing by 16.67%.Compared with the original tank,it is reduced by 119kg,which further improves its handling and reduces the manufacturing cost.
