| Incontinence is a dysfunctional urinary system disease,and the common neurourinary incontinence is often found in the elderly and middle-aged women and maternal population.The clinical symptoms are that the patients can not control their ability of urination.The main cause is the physiological function of detrusor of bladder is damaged,and the sphincter contraction is poor,which leads to involuntary urination.Incontinence not only brings many changes to the patients’ life,but also makes the patients bear great psychological pressure.Electrical stimulation therapy is an important means to treat neurourinary incontinence in clinic,but patients often need to receive professional instrument treatment in hospital,and the treatment course is generally long to achieve the purpose of gradual recovery of bladder function.Restricted by the current medical status of "difficult to see a doctor and expensive medical treatment",the willingness and process of treatment of patients will be limited.With the development of wearable medical care and Internet plus medical technology,a wearable low frequency electrical stimulation bladder function rehabilitation instrument is designed for home rehabilitation treatment,which has a positive significance in reducing the psychological burden and improving the therapeutic effect of patients.Therefore,considering the needs of patients for home treatment,this paper proposes a design scheme of wearable electric stimulation bladder function rehabilitation instrument.Under the control of embedded microcontroller,the pulse wave with different frequency and intensity is generated by the electrode acting on the projection area of human bladder through skin.It can stimulate the bladder sphincter regularly,make it contract slowly,gradually increase the tension of the sphincter,reduce the tension of the urethral sphincter,recover the bladder function and achieve normal urination function.The main work of this paper includes:1)Through extensive research on the functions of various kinds of bladder and urinary system disease therapeutic apparatus,combined with the clinical treatment effect and the market application demand of wearable electric stimulation bladder function rehabilitation apparatus,the technical parameters and functions of low-frequency electric stimulation bladder function therapeutic apparatus were defined.2)The hardware system design of electric stimulation bladder rehabilitation instrument based on n RF52832 embedded microcontroller is completed.The core of the hardware system is n RF52832,which is a SOC device integrated with low-power Bluetooth and cortex-M4 core.Low frequency pulse signal generation circuit,signal conditioning and amplification circuit,boost circuit and power management module are designed to realize the function of generating different frequency and intensity pulse waveform.3)Considering the need of instrument operability and improving the user experience of instrument use,the APP application program based on Android Studio system is developed,which can realize the wireless control of the instrument by using the smartphone directly by the user,and the setting and adjustment of treatment parameters during the use of the instrument.4)Experimental test and analysis of instrument function.According to the proposed technical parameters and functions,the instrument was tested,mainly including Bluetooth pairing connection,reliability of data communication,adjustment of low-frequency electrical stimulation pulse waveform,power of stimulation signal and other functional indicators,and the test data were analyzed and summarized. |
