| The effectiveness evaluation of aviation equipment is of great significance in its life cycle.The performance appraisal of the equipment can be completed and the equipment performance can be continuously improved through the equipment effectiveness evaluation.Scholars at home and abroad have proposed a variety of effectiveness evaluation methods.But the evaluation process has a large amount of calculation and the calculation process is highly similar for aviation equipment that requires frequent effectiveness evaluation,which is highly likely to cause serious waste of manpower.In order to reduce the work burden of researchers,simplify and standardize the work flow of aviation equipment evaluation.It is necessary to develop an aviation equipment effectiveness evaluation system with standardized procedures and high execution efficiency for the equipment evaluation work process.This paper first analyzes the actual process of effectiveness evaluation.Then the correlation between different indicators in the process of aviation equipment work is fully considered.By comprehensively considering the elements involved in the theoretical demonstration and daily tests of aviation equipment,and giving the evaluation grade under specific probability,the horizontal and vertical comparison of equipment effectiveness is effectively carried out.Finally,the main methods of constructing equipment evaluation index system and the quantitative rules of index weight are summarized.The quantized index system will be input into the evaluation model as parameters.The system builds a knowledge base of evaluation algorithms and supports user-defined operators.However,this paper only introduces the efficiency evaluation process based on grey system theory and membership rules to explain the comprehensive evaluation process of equipment due to the limitation of space.In this paper,the functional decomposition and design work are carried out according to the actual requirements of the project.The system is divided into four core modules: index system construction,algorithm knowledge base,efficiency evaluation project and system general management.Technically speaking,Spring Boot is used as the development framework,My Batis-Plus is used as the persistence framework,and MySQL and Redis are used for data interaction.The project uses a lot of features such as streams,Lambda expressions,and method references in Java8.During and after the project development process,the system has been tested for function and performance.The system code quality test is performed using SonarQube and the source code is optimized.Through the case analysis of the equipment’s working efficiency in the test environment,the expected evaluation effect was achieved.Besides,the evaluation result provided a reference basis for the ranking of the performance of aviation equipment in the test environment,which has a certain effect on the evaluation of aviation equipment. |
