Research On The Spatial Layout Of Service Facilities Based On The Campus Behavior Of College Students

Quality education is becoming more and more popular,existing colleges and universities began to expand rapidly to adapt to the development of the times,but in this context,existing colleges and universities,as an important carrier of higher education development,also gradually exposed a variety of problems,the core of which is: the decline of education quality and the lack of infrastructure.Scholars at home and abroad have a comprehensive study on the planning and architectural form of colleges and universities,but there are few studies on the spatial layout and index ratio of service facilities in Colleges and universities.Service facilities are the daily needs of students,which affect their daily time and quality of life,and have a significant impact on their life and learning.In this paper,the existing university facilities are selected as the research object,and the research is carried out through the method of environmental behavior,which provides theoretical support for the planning,spatial layout and quantitative ratio of university service facilities.Based on the behavior characteristics of students in the school,three representative existing universities in Dalian are selected as the research objects.Through fixed-point observation method and map annotation method,the path streamline and heat distribution of students in the school are analyzed,and the service facilities are investigated and marked on the map,Then,through questionnaire survey and interview,we get students’ satisfaction with the current situation of service facilities and their ideas on the layout of service facilities,and use SPSS to process the data,analyze the influencing factors of the layout of service facilities and the differences of different factors under the premise of different "departments" and "gender",and compare the behavior characteristics with the distribution of service facilities,Find out the disadvantages of service facilities layout;Through space syntax,the paper establishes three school models,analyzes the accessibility of roads around service facilities,spatial integration and visual elements,and finds out the appropriate location of service facilitiesBased on the students’ behavior characteristics,influencing factors of facility layout and suitable location summarized in the first four chapters,the following characteristics are summarized and analyzed:(1)In different colleges and universities,the length of stay in the teaching area is positively correlated with the distance between the teaching area and the living area,and the length of stay is more than 3 hours,and the proportion of women is slightly higher than that of men;The net demand of students for service facilities in teaching area is related to gender,and the net demand of women is higher than that of men.(2)Spatial syntax model: the comprehensibility of the three existing universities adopts regression coefficient R 2 All of them are not high,about 0.20,which means that there are many buildings in the existing university campus and they block each other,so the line of sight permeability is not strong,and the degree of visible elements in the campus is low,which means that students’ access to service facilities will be affected to a certain extent;The degree of road integration in the middle area of campus is usually high,and then gradually decreases to the surrounding area.The number of service facilities in living area and teaching area is relatively sufficient.However,in the transition area of the two areas,the matching degree of coupling relationship between road spatial integration and service facilities distribution is low,and the number and type of service facilities in these areas are usually insufficient.(3)Quantitative matching of service facilities: after summarizing and analyzing the questionnaires of the three universities,it is found that the number of living service facilities accounts for about 15.00%;The supporting area accounts for about 25.00%,and the number of catering and retail facilities accounts for about 70.00%;The supporting area accounts for about 30.00%,and the number of self-learning facilities accounts for about 15.00%;The supporting area accounts for about 45.00%.Finally,the fifth chapter puts forward two feasible strategies for the three existing universities,one is to supplement facilities based on the current situation,the other is to change the current situation,and the other is to observe the traffic space of the standard floor of Ling Xi Library of Dalian University of technology by using the method of environmental behavior,and then puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the internal space layout of service facilities.
