In essence,territorial spatial planning is a process that aims at achieving the ideal state of land,sea and air system functions and carries out comprehensive regulation on various kinds of space development and protection behaviors.In the 21 st century,the ocean is the main strategic direction of China’s development.Accelerating the transformation from a maritime power to a maritime power is the ultimate goal of China’s strategy of comprehensively advancing the maritime cause.In the context of territorial spatial planning and development toward the sea,coastal cities have accelerated the process of spatial development from land center to ocean center.Shenzhen has positioned itself as a global Marine center city,taking the lead in carrying out research on coastal zone protection and planning in China.Coastal zone,as the core medium of land and sea space interaction of coastal cities,will become the vanguard and main force in the construction of the 21 st century "Maritime Silk Road".By sorting out the overall research history of coastal zone at home and abroad,and strengthening the exploration of new technologies and new research methods,this paper systematically analyzes the research content and theory of coastal zone spatial development.As a mature means of geographic information processing and spatial analysis,3S technology plays an important role in international ecological research.The P-S-R conceptual model has been used by many scholars in the study of resource utilization and sustainable development model.Therefore,this paper adopts 3S technology to analyze and study the spatial development history of Shenzhen Bay coastal zone.The comprehensive evaluation system of coastal zone spatial development is established through the P-S-R conceptual model to explore new ideas for the overall development of coastal zone land-sea space.Compared with traditional methods,3S technology can carry out quantitative analysis on the transfer of spatial media in the coastal zone through information collection,positioning and analysis.In this paper,3S technology is used to interpret seven remote sensing images of the coastal zone of Shenzhen Bay in recent 38 years.It is concluded that reclamation is the main reason for the transformation of the spatial characteristics of the coastal line of Shenzhen Bay,and the high proportion of artificial shoreline reduces the spatial development potential of the coastline in the future.The spatial characteristics of coastal land are large amount of land transfer and strong concentration of development.However,the high density of land development sacrifices the diversity of coastal land distribution and the richness of public space.Wetland landscape pattern showed a trend of decreasing diversity,decreasing evenness and fragmentation.Using P-S-R concept model is established in shenzhen bay coastal zone development space of quantitative comprehensive evaluation model,through real-time calculation coefficient of coastal zone development space,space of shenzhen bay coastal zone development ecology the bottom line is determined,to establish ecological load data platform can be real-time monitoring of coastal zone,on the basis of judging the present stage of shenzhen bay coastal zone development coefficient is higher than the ecological space the baseline value,It is not conducive to the sustainable development of the coastal zone of Shenzhen Bay.In shenzhen bay coastal zone,for example constructing measures for the management of coastal zone land,sea and land and space as a whole,to strengthen the 3 S technology and P-S-R the application of the conceptual model,to shenzhen bay coastal zone space for the future construction and development to make more scientific decision,make the coastal zone planning into the era of data technology,can be more effective and long-term protection of coastal zone land,sea and the stable development of the ecological system.
