There is an increasing trend in the frequency and severity of extreme weather on a global scale with the process of global warming.Coupled with the acceleration of China`s urbanization process, the frequency, scale and severity of urban flood disasters caused by extreme weather have been increasing year by year in recent decades. Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of urban flood to protect human beings and property.Pipe network, rainfall forecast, topography, etc.are essential data for the simulation of urban flood issues. It is particularly difficult to acquire the data of drainage networks, even if we acquire the drainage network data, the drainage capacity still cannot be inferred accurately due to various reasons. Therefore,Artificial Intelligence is used in the article to process satellite images to acquire the road networks which are used to infer the drainage capacity based on "GB50014-2006 Outdoor Drainage Design Code"Both rainfall and topographic data are derived from public datasets. At the end of this article, the 7ยท12 Beijing heavy rainstorm is simulated to verify the feasibility and accuracy of these data. The simulation result shows that the data from public datasets and Artificial Intelligence have the ability to complete the simulation accurately and efficiently without measurement data.Further, the result also shows the potential of the combination of Artificial Intelligence and Hydraulics. The article discusses the content and methods of predecessors, and analyzes the impact of urbanization and global warming on urban flooding, and expounds the significance of the topic and the main work content of this article. The method and principle used in this article and the verification of the method in this article are followed.
