| In the of fast urbanization process in China,there appears problems such as the uncoordinated and unmatched urban comprehensive function.Especially in recent years,domestic and foreign media have frequently reported that the urban flood problem is very prominent.Once the urban floods,the whole urban is almost paralyzed,seriously affecting the sustained and stable development of the national economy and threating the people’s normal life,work and property.Throughout the developed world metropolis such as New York,London,Tokyo and other international urban,its urban transport,living and working life will not be greatly affected even in the face of heavy rain.It is obvious that there is a serious problem in the function of urban management and flood control and drainage system in our country.It is urgent for government management workers,experts,scholars and people to pay close attention to it and take measures to deal with it and is the urgent task in the current urban construction management in our country.From the perspective of the fragile flood control and drainage system in China,this paper aims to analyze the phenomena and deep causes of urban flood disasters,study and learn from the successful experience of flood control and drainage system at home and abroad,and try to discuss how to solve the problem of fragile urban flood control and drainage system in China.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The introduction part briefly introduces the research scope,background and purpose.The second chapter analyzes the causes of urban floods and the main problems of urban flood control and drainage system in China;Based on the analysis in the second chapter,the third chapter proposes a series of related measures and provides reference for the theoretical workers,practitioners and decision makers by referring to domestic and abroad experiences of urban construction which have typical representative significance.The fourth chapter takes Qingdao as an example to analyze the status quo of flood control and drainage system and the corresponding measures in Qingdao.Chapter 5 takes Yiwu as an example to analyze the construction of urban water early warning and forecasting system.The sixth chapter takes Binjiang,Hangzhou as an example to analyze the simulation system of sponge urban construction project;The seventh chapter mainly summarizes the main research results and prospects of this paper. |
