With the rapid development of China's city of city, hard rate continues to rise, leading to a series of "urban diseases", including the flood crisis more serious "". In view of this phenomenon, this paper takes the city road green space as the research carrier, conducts the research to the landscape design has the function of flood control and drainage, flood control and drainage system of city road landscape based on function.Firstly, aiming at the excessive city caused by "flood crisis", "water crisis", "water crisis" and a series of natural problems, as well as the traditional city municipal drainage infrastructure efficiency loss caused by the management problems are analyzed, and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of rainwater resource utilization of advanced management system. Then, the definition of domestic and foreign about "how to use landscape design idea of city road to solve the problem of city flood control and drainage" relatively mature theoretical guidance and technical specification of more perfect, and provide a theoretical basis for the full text. Secondly, according to the fast urbanization caused by "flood crisis" situation, cause of formation, characteristic and the influence of these four aspects of the analysis, and elaborates the problems in the traditional city municipal drainage infrastructure, anticipation of future development of China's system of urban ecological infrastructure trend, a list of system of urban road green space landscape of flood control and drainage function based on the advantages of providing evidence for the thesis.
