Design And Implementation Of Monitoring System For PN Operation And Maintenance Of Production Equipment

Based on the increasingly complex production process of PN company and the actual demand for efficient management of production equipment,this paper discusses how to use software engineering technology to manage and analyze the actual production equipment operation data of PN company around the whole project process of PN company’s production equipment operation and maintenance monitoring system,so as to continuously improve the production quality,reduce the equipment operation and maintenance cost,and finally achieve the goal achieve the purpose of maximizing the company’s income.In this paper,according to the software engineering development process,first of all,in the introduction part,the background of PN company and the theory of production equipment operation and maintenance management are comprehensively elaborated,and the key technologies used in the system development are summarized;in the demand analysis part,according to the actual situation of PN company for production equipment operation and maintenance management,the functional demand analysis of the whole system is established,including the basic requirements Information management function,operation status monitoring function,equipment operation information monitoring function and equipment fault information monitoring function,and give a detailed description of the use case model,and expounds the non functional requirements of the system;in the system design part,it makes the overall architecture design,database design,security design and detailed design of each function of the system,and gives some suggestions In this part;in the system implementation part,it specifically describes the implementation process of each function of the system and shows part of the system development results;in the system test part,it describes the method used in the system test,system test process and test results.The operation and maintenance monitoring system of PN company’s production equipment is developed based on the server / browser architecture.In order to ensure cross platform development,the development language is Java and the database is SQL Server database + redis cache.The technologies adopted are mature and reliable,and have been put into operation in the enterprise and achieved good results.
