With the deepening of power grid dispatching automation in China,through the a nalysis and monitoring of the operation state of power plant electrical system,the ma nagement of power plant can be more intelligent,more effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment,and greatly reduce the labor force,operation and main tenance costs and economic benefits of power plant operators.Therefore,this paper an alyzes and studies the running state of the electrical system in power plants and estab lishes its intelligent monitoring platform.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the development status and trend of intelligent monitoring platform for po wer plant electrical system operation state are summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the running state of equipment in the electrical system of p ower plant,and analyzes the machine learning development platform provided by spar k mllib and keras platform,and gives the state modeling method based on machine le arning.At the same time,the keras-based intelligent analysis method of running state of electrical system realizes the high-dimensional tensor modeling of running objects a nd processes.The OpenTSDB based real-time data platform,Spark based high-speed st reaming data real-time analysis and keras-based electrical system operating state analys is system were established.The dynamic tracking model was established for the main operating parameters of the electrical system,and information and operation instruction s were given when the operating parameters deviated,so as to realize the intelligent management of the electrical operating state.Third,the intelligent monitoring platform for the analysis of the running state of the electrical system is developed.The hardware structure diagram is studied.The fiel d hardware equipment deployment and configuration are analyzed in detail.SIS,FECS and NCS data were collected and communicated with the OpenTSDB real-time datab ase normally using the proxy interface.The process of batch data acquisition,dynamic key encryption and compression,and transfer to opentsdb real-time database are reali zed.The data acquisition system realizes distributed and multi-task acquisition function s.The result of calculation and storage is stored in Mysql,which is directly called by the Web client.Fourth,the intelligent monitoring platform for the analysis of the running state of the electrical system is developed.The software structure diagram of the intelligent m onitoring platform is studied.The software can collect the real-time data status change,multi-stage over-limit of simulation quantity and alarm records of fault diagnosis.De veloped the system maintenance assistant tool,provides the good system expansion abi lity.The software design process is introduced in detail.Finally,the development of intelligent monitoring platform application in a power plant were analyzed,and the platform based on massive historical data real-time opera tion state of the electrical polymorphism analysis,and from field measuring point of t he electric system,the operation condition,data correction,performance parameters aff ect the weight of the running state of the electrical operation parameters optimization.The research of this paper has certain application value for the safe,stable and e fficient production of power generation enterprises and the construction of unattended power stations,it can improve the safety level and operational efficiency of equipment.Reduce unplanned shutdowns and accidents due to operating conditions and equipment.Reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and repair.Create more economic and soci al benefits for enterprises.
