| With the rapid development of our national economy, our electric power industry has accessed to the developing stage of large-scale grid, large-capacity unit, high voltage and integrated automation, which requires(calls for) a high standard of electrical power system stability and electrical energy quality. As the increasing capacity of the water power unit, the influence of the unit over system's stability gradually strengthens somehow. Therefore, we shall put forward a high requirement of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis technology on water-turbine generator set.The paper below contrives a water-turbine generator set's condition monitoring and failure diagnosis system, the system has successfully applied to the spot testing and failure diagnosis on No.3 water-turbine unit in a certain hydroelectric power plant,and the conclusion is also given, which has an actual guiding significance of hydro-electric power station's overhaul and normal operation.The first part-introduction, related to the development overview of Hydropower, illustrates comprehensively the importance and practical significance of water-turbine generator set's condition monitoring and failure diagnosis, and the introduction gives emphasis to(highlights) the present research situation and developing trend of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis, also gives a further analysis on the applied prospect of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis technology on the water-turbine generator set.The second part particularly elaborates and analyzes the object of water-turbine generator set's state monitoring, the concrete testing content and the common method applied to the failure diagnosis.The third part conducts a further study of the oscillation theory, and then summarizes the root of oscillation fault on the water-turbine.The fourth part gives a comprehensive investigation on the layout of system's check point, sensor's modeling and the system hardware composition according to the aim, principle and standard of the system's design, the part includes principle of the measuring point's arrangement, principle of the sensor's modeling. The selections of the oscillation sensor and contact vibration sensor is also stressed in this part. Based on this, the part puts forward on the system's architecture of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis system in Long Yang Xia hydroelectric power plant's water-turbine generator set.The fifth part is to apply the condition monitoring and the failure diagnosis system to No.3 water-turbine unit in a certain hydroelectric power plant in order to monitor, and according to the test result, analyzes the unit's situation and then give the diagnosable results.The sixth part gives the conclusion of the paper and expects the prospect of condition monitoring and failure diagnosis technology on water-turbine generator set. |
