Since the 21 st century,the "Three Rural Issues" have been highly concerned by China.Since 2006,the New Countryside Construction based on the overall development of urban and rural areas has led rural areas to enter a stage of in-depth development.What’s more the Central Working Conference proposed the rural revitalization strategy again at the end of 2017,and rural construction has become the focus of national construction.The rural geographical and cultural environment in the southeast of Shanxi is unique,with a large number of traditional villages which have long history and rich historical sites.But those villages can’t adapt to change under the changes in society,economy,and policies,and the rural style and settlement texture have been greatly damaged.How to improve the rural living environment and realize the common development of urban and rural areas while inheriting the cultural core and architectural genes of traditional villages is an urgent problem to be solved.The thesis takes many villages in Changzhi and Jincheng which are the main cities in the southeast of Shanxi as the main analysis object to conduct diachronic research on the villages at the rural settlement level and the residential building level to explore the development characteristics and evolutionary factors of the rural areas in this area.The second chapter combines geography,sociology and other disciplines to conduct an overall analysis.It analyzes the survival and development environment of the villages in southeastern Shanxi while integrating the background of geographical space,climatic conditions,cultural integration and historical evolution background to explore the material and humanistic environment of the villages in southeastern Shanxi in order to understand its basis of development.The ultimate goal is providing a prototype for the subsequent evolution path.The third chapter discusses the characteristics of the evolution of rural settlements in the southeast of Shanxi from the perspective of settlements.Firstly,explore the characteristics of settlement unit layout evolution,development direction,etc.,and use research examples to demonstrate the development paths of two different types of active and passive villages in the southeast of Shanxi.Secondly,explore the development and evolution path of the rural public spaces in the southeast of Shanxi,such as entrance space,road relations and public buildings,in order to find the changes in the spatial organization of the settlement level.The fourth chapter conducts a case study from the perspective of residential architecture.Taking traditional houses in southeast Shanxi as prototypes to conduct a research on the evolution of rural courtyard space in order to explore the development characteristics of the form of courtyard space organization.At the same time,explore the evolution path of rural residences gradually in plane form,facade and decoration characteristics,construction technology and materials,etc.to research the continuity and difference of rural housing development.The fifth chapter summarizes the basic characteristics of the evolution and development of rural housing forms based on the previous article on the evolution of rural settlements and housing in the southeast of Shanxi,and explores the core motivation of promoting the evolution of rural development in the southeast of Shanxi from the aspects of policy implementation,population ratio,and cultural influence.The sixth chapter proposes the adaptive development goals and strategies of the villages in the southeast of Shanxi in terms of traditional village protection,old district renovation and residential construction based on the current problems of the rural development in the southeast of Shanxi and the inherent needs of villagers for rural construction.Only if rural external forces such as creating protection policies and innovating industrial development models and rural internal demand such as traditional cultural inheritance and adapting to life scenes cooperate,can it be possible to achieve the goal that the inheritance of rural cultural characteristics and the sustainable development of settlements in the southeast of Shanxi. |
