| In the context of high-density urbanization,the social development mode dominated by public rail transit can effectively alleviate the sharp contradictions between people and places such as urban traffic congestion and resource shortage.The public rail transit station,as a public space with huge potential,comes with a steady flow of people,while the commercial complex is the only choice to undertake and digest the flow of people in the passenger station,improve the public transportation system,and build a city node with complex functions and three-dimensional space.Nowadays,the commercial complex within the hub TOD project site is not only of great significance for breaking through the functional limitations of high-density urban transportation hubs,but also has a very high commercial development potential due to its characteristics of high flow and strong interaction,which is attracting the attention of multiple investors.Based on the study of consumption vitality from the perspective of consumers,this paper attempts to discuss suggestions on rational development and construction of commercial complex within the hub TOD project site from three levels:macro,meso and micro,so as to provide driving force for building body that coexisting with The Times and the city.The structure of this paper can be divided into the following three parts:The first part of the article,the first and second chapters are intended to clarify the core concept,through to the Chinese and foreign public transit support and the cause of the development of commercial space development vein combing inductive,sums up the macro,meso and micro block planning,architecture and consumer psychological differences in cognitive level,and thus leads to China under the background of urbanization,The direction of diversification exploration of commercial complex in this particular field.The second part is the third to sixth chapters of the paper,which aims to propose specific design strategies for the commercial complex within the site of the hub TOD project from the three aspects of urban planning,block structure and single building on the basis of exploring the commercial behaviors of multiple categories of consumers.In terms of urban planning,this paper discusses how to discuss the conflict and collaboration between the intensity of land development,the disadvantages of the original track and the urban structure transformation through rational research and evaluation of the site selection and positioning scale in the early stage of the project.In terms of block structure,a large number of excellent cases in China and Japan were used to disassemble and summarize the combination mode and connection streamline design between the site and commercial complex,and the integration strategy between the commercial complex and complex and diverse stations was discussed.In terms of individual buildings,four strategies of spatial optimization,functional integration,visual pursuit and cultural shaping are proposed to meet the innovation demands of such buildings,so as to help the coordinated operation of all subsystems within the commercial complex within the site of the hub TOD project.The third part is the seventh chapter of the paper,which aims to provide new ideas for the construction and development of commercial complex in the field of hub TOD project by summarizing and sorting out the directions previously discussed,and make a modest contribution.At the same time,it also discusses the current shortcomings of the paper and the expectations for the future. |
