| In the process of rapid urbanization,in order to meet people’s shopping, entertainment, living and office needs, complex buildings came into being, and their characteristics of functional intensification and spatial complexity have been widely recognized. However,a contradiction arises between this model of architectural development and the mismatched transportation facilities. With the advent of the rapid development of urban rail transit construction, the emergence of new commercial models of "supercover" and "side-cover" of rail transit provides new ideas for solving the traffic problems around the complex. In economically developed countries or regions such as Japan,Singapore,Hong Kong,Europe and the United States,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen and domestic first-tier cities, the development mode of integrated complex and urban transportation has been relatively mature.Based on the research basis of the existing transportation building transfer evaluation system, this paper will summarize and sort out 9 quantitative indicators applicable to the research objects of this paper, and use this as a tool to carry out research around relevant domestic and foreign built cases, focusing on the design of the interchange pedestrian system of the projects involved, summarizing the project characteristics and classifying them according to the results of quantitative analysis, and then proposing design strategies at the two levels of urban design and architectural design.to guide subsequent design. This thesis provides a method for effectively analyzing the transfer system for similar cases. In the subsequent design of related schemes,self-evaluation can be carried out in the early and mid-term of the scheme, providing designers with more practical methods and tools. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters:Chapter 1 analyzes and studies the theory of TOD,rail transit complex, transfer space, walking system and transportation connection, and existing cases both domestically and internationally. The chapter explains the reasons for choosing the rail transit walking system as the research object, research purposes and significance, and determines the research method and framework for the entire thesis.Chapter 2 mainly conducts preliminary research on the relevant content of the rail transit complex transfer and walking system. It explains the concept of the research object, determines the research scope, analyzes and studies cities or regions with developed rail transit around the world, and provides examples. The chapter also lists and analyzes the elements of transfer public space, and reads relevant standards and technical guidelines to clarify the scope of the thesis’ s design and research.Chapter 3 first proposes the design principles of the transfer and walking system, and then, based on existing evaluation systems and construction guidelines for transportation hub architecture, lists and calculates the relevant indicators related to architectural design, selects indicators with higher weights, and clarifies their connotations and calculation methods. Finally, the chapter defines the streamline drawing method of the transfer and walking system, laying the foundation for the case analysis in the following chapters.Chapter 4 conducts field research on cities in Shandong Province with subway systems. After determining the research objects and scope through preliminary analysis, the research method from Chapter 3 is used to calculate and measure the transfer indicators for a total of7 cases, and draw the transfer streamlines. The chapter summarizes the current problems of the rail transit complex transfer and walking system through research and proposes a design goal to create a three-dimensional seamless transfer and walking system that can integrate multiple transportation modes.Chapter 5 is the core chapter, which mainly studies the transfer and walking systems of20 advanced domestic and foreign cases. They are classified according to the spatial layout mode, and the transfer indicators are calculated one by one.The core transfer indicators are then compared and analyzed, and the corresponding relationship between each indicator and each type of spatial layout mode is explained along with the underlying reasons. Finally, the chapter proposes measurement of optimization indicators at macro, medium, and micro levels to guide subsequent design.Chapter 6 practices and demonstrates the above research content and conclusions through the design of the rail transit commercial complex at Shanda Road Station in Jinan City, and proposes ideas for future rail transit complex design.Chapter 7 summarizes the thesis’ s arguments and proposes prospects for the design of rail transit complex transfer and walking systems. |
