SCADA-based Dispatch Operation Ticket Management System

Compiling operation ticket is one of the most important daily works of power system dispatcher and dispatch personnel on duty substation, and is the important measure and assurance of power system safe production. With the rapid development of the power grid, more and more equipments are input to run, the system running ways becomes more than complex and switching operation becomes more frequent, that require more reliability and security for supply power. It is the requirement that correct and safe operation ticket is compiled quickly for dispatcher in this condition. The existing manual or computer-assisted operation ticket system can no longer meet demands of the power grid running management from experience to logicality. Therefore, researching and developing a set of highly intelligent and universal operation ticket system is of great theoretical and practical significance.This article was mainly to engineering development and research of operation ticket management system, then the operation ticket management system with rule configured and maintained was developed on the basis of summing up the domestic and overseas studying present status of operation ticket system. The system adopted the SCADA system platform, shared with graphs and models of SCADA power grid and previewed on-line based real-time operating ways. The knowledge library, rule library and inference machine was built by analyzing application objects in system. The solution space was search in knowledge library by using inference machine, and then various operating tasks were created by utilizing inference technology of expert system. The operator selected operating task and other configuration parameters on system operating interface afterwards, the relevant operation content was formed automatically before five anti-check and power flow check. In the actual implementation, operating content was performed before passing on-line verification.The system has been run in QuZhou area dispatehing development presently, and the running result shows that the system has a good stability, intelligence and universality.
