Research On Equipment Maintenance Management Of H Thermal Power Plant

With the continuous construction of thermal power plant installed capacity far greater than market demand,at the same time,the installed capacity of new energy sources such as nuclear power,wind power and photovoltaic enterprises continues to increase,squeezing the thermal power market space year by year,and the rising price of coal power generation costs gradually increased,resulting in thermal power generation enterprises increasingly fierce competition.Improving equipment maintenance management level,maintaining safe and stable operation of units to ensure safe and reliable heating and power supply are key issues that all relevant companies are exploring.At the same time,in recent years,with the gradual transformation of the management model of thermal power plants,more and more outsourcing teams have been used to carry out equipment repair and maintenance work,and more and more internal and external outsourcing units of power plants have been contracted out.In the face of the current outsourcing teams with mixed quality of good and bad in power plants,how to carry out management in order to ensure quality,quantity and safety of equipment maintenance work,is also a lot of thermal power enterprises face a major problem.Under the above background,this paper takes the h thermal power plant equipment maintenance management as the research object.First of all,through consulting a large number of literature and in-depth investigation of the internal management of enterprises,this paper describes the research background and significance,research methods and ideas.Secondly,the paper systematically analyzes the main problems and causes of the daily maintenance quality management,periodical maintenance management and equipment maintenance outsourcing team management in H company.Then,using the relevant theories and methods in production and operation management,we put forward the solutions to the above-mentioned management problems,mainly using the idea of lean management in production and operation management to solve the equipment daily maintenance quality management problems,through the management by objectives method to enhance the management of equipment periodic maintenance,the use of integrated management means to strengthen the management of equipment maintenance outsourcing team.Finally,the Corresponding Management Plan in production and operation management is applied to h company’s production field practice,and the safeguard measures are put forward to achieve the expected effect.Based on the research results of equipment maintenance management in thermal power plants at home and abroad,under the guidance of relevant theories and methods of production and operation management,this paper provides solutions to the problems related to equipment maintenance management in thermal power plants,and effectively improves their management level,it further guarantees the safe and stable operation of the thermal power plant.It provides a good reference for other domestic thermal power plants in the production and operation management of equipment maintenance management.
