| With the continuous development of national economy in H area,the rapid progress of urbanization and the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards,the requirements for the construction level of distribution network are increasing.Distribution automation is an important means to improve power supply reliability,power supply quality and power supply capacity,and to realize efficient and economic operation of distribution network.It is also one of the important infrastructures to realize smart city power grid.Most of the existing application systems of distribution automation system in H area are designed and customized separately for different business requirements.The system construction lacks unified specifications and standards.Although it has been integrated for many years,there is a lack of unified design.There is an urgent need to build a new set of regional distribution automation system which integrates information,automation and interaction.Based on this,this paper proposes the design and implementation of distribution automation system in H area.Firstly,the paper deeply analyzes the current situation of distribution automation in H area,including the current situation of distribution primary network,the current situation of distribution master station system and the current situation of distribution communication system.The primary network structure of distribution network in H area is designed.Including the overall design objectives and design implementation steps;The design of primary distribution network is completed.The central area of the city is divided into 8 power supply zones according to the double ring network of the target network.Each power supply zone forms a double ring network(without considering the user’s special line),and finally forms 10 relatively independent double ring networks in the area.Secondly,based on the design of primary network structure of distribution network in H area,the design scheme of distribution automation system in H area is proposed.The design contents include: primary equipment transformation scheme design,distribution equipment transformation scheme design,distribution automation master station scheme design,distribution automation communication scheme design,information exchange bus system function design.At last,the overall structure of the system is given,and the system hardware and software are configured.The distribution automation system adopts open distributed architecture,.The system function is distributed.Tthe main equipment adopts redundant configuration.And the supporting software and application software adopt open / distributed architecture and object-oriented technology,The system support platform adopts information soft bus technology,and the components are implemented by object-oriented technology or envelope method.Through the data test and statistics of the distribution automation system in H area,the system accords with the performance standards such as standardization,reliability,real-time,availability,expansibility,security and advanced nature of the national grid company,and fully exerts the role of distribution automation system in the distribution network of H area.Through the optimization design and transformation of distribution network and automation construction,not only the power supply capacity of distribution network is improved,but also the power supply reliability and power quality are significantly improved. |
