Abstract/Summary:
Due to the increase of power consumption,people began to pay attention to the quality of power supply.With the rapid development of economy in China,we put forward higher requirements in economic operation indexes and power supply quality of distribution network.As the in-depth transformation of urban power grid has made the power supply of lOkV distribution network more reliable,and the network has become more complicated.In order to enhance the technical and economic indicators for distribution network operation,it is necessary to construct a distribution automation system.In the implementation of urban distribution network automation,communication,electronic technology,primary and secondary electrical equipment and other developments have laid the foundation for this.The successful implementation of automation of distribution networks in the cities is of great significance.However,the political and economic impacts on the development of different cities will affect the development of cities and the planning of cities will be extremely uncertain.Therefore,regardless of the management mode,level of operation,the use of equipment,or in the use of modes,there are differences in distribution automation around the country.This article will focus on research and discussion of distribution network automation in the regional cities.This paper first introduces the components and functions of the distribution automation system(DAS),and analyzes the impact of each part on the reliability of distribution network power supply from different perspectives.Due to the different degree of load density and different requirements for continuous power supply,the requirements for power supply reliability are also different.According to the difference in power supply reliability requirements,the distribution network can be divided into regional power supply classes.Different power supply levels correspond to different power supply reliability requirements..This also puts forward different requirements for the planning and design of DAS.At the same time,the planning and construction of DAS also needs to consider the economic factors.Therefore,this paper proposes a distribution terminal optimization configuration model that meets the requirements of power supply reliability and aims to minimize investment,and uses an improved evolutionary strategy algorithm to solve the model,and obtains the optimal configuration and investment results of the distribution terminal..Then,according to the configuration of the distribution terminal,the distribution base station,substations,and communication systems are appropriately configured to achieve a reasonable DAS plan.The distribution automation system planning model was applied to the Linyi distribution network to implement the rational planning of the DAS in the Linyi power grid,and the results were analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
