Managing and coordinating the upstream and downstream shipbuilding enterprises scientifically has a profound impact on advanced management technology, and the information exchange between the upstream and downstream shipbuilding enterprises and the coordination of many businesses are important factors for the shipbuilding industry to reach the informationization goal and to improve the shipbuilding efficiency. However, there are some problems that need to be resolved in the cross-organizational collaboration of the ship supply chain.Firstly, the heterogeneity and variability of the form structure have brought challenges to the improvement of efficiency and automation in the collaborative production process.Secondly, the complexity of production information systems in many enterprises is constantly increasing, and new application architecture models are needed to adapt to flexible business requirements. In addition,in order to achieve lean management and agile manufacturing,to improve enterprise efficiency, response speed, and service quality,it is necessary to decompose huge monolithic applications into multiple services which are low-coupling,easy to developed, tested, and independently deployed. In view of the above problems, this research is based on the intelligent shipbuilding under the background of the hybrid industrial Internet, and serves for the collaborative interaction among upstream and downstream shipbuilding enterprises during the production cycle of shipbuilding.By integrating upstream and downstream enterprises in the shipbuilding supply chain and their existing industrial networking systems,it promotes the organic integration among upstream and downstream enterprises in shipbuilding, thereby improving production efficiency, indirectly reducing costs and capital occupation. The main research contents of this article include:Firstly, the overall framework of the ship collaborative manufacturing platform in the industrial Internet environment is proposed. This framework consists of data storage layer, processing layer and application layer, the layers are introduced in details.Secondly,An information model for ship supply chain collaboration is constructed, and a heterogeneous data exchange module is designed.First,a data model for ship collaborative manufacturing was constructed to clarify the information types exchanged and business logic among upstream and downstream enterprises of ship collaborative manufacturing.Secondly,a heterogeneous data exchange module was designed to solve the problems of low efficiency and insufficient automation due to the inability to understand each other among heterogeneous data sources, and ultimately serves for the collaborative shipbuilding.Thirdly,A microservice function model for ship collaborative manufacturing is constructed to adapt to flexible business requirements and complex internal information systems.A microservice registration and management module is designed and implemented,it can effectively integrate the existing information systems of enterprise to the collaborative manufacturing platform, meanwhile,it can manage the microservices which are developed and deployed.Fourthly,Aiming at the characteristics of complex supply chain elements, multiple ship segments, complex segment information, and difficulty in management,we proposed an algorithm of ship manufacturing schedule planning combining with the constraints among segments and contract delivery time. The algorithm can give guidance to ship collaborative manufacturing and give production warning effectively.Fifthly,a platform for ship collaborative manufacturing was realized, and the feasibility and correctness of the method were verified. The realization and demonstration of the prototype system and the successful deployment and use of the platform proved the framework and research methods proposed in this article, and also proved the actual value and significance of the system.
