Research On The Evaluation Of The Synergy Between My Country's Shipbuilding Supply Chain And External Environmen

The shipbuilding industry is a large integrated equipment manufacturing industry that determines the country’s maritime military power and the development of maritime shipping.As the volume of merchandise trade increases and the shipbuilding system becomes increasingly complex,the development of the shipbuilding industry is no longer determined by the capabilities of a single production chain,but is influenced by the entire supply chain network.The question of how to promote shipbuilding from a supply chain perspective is therefore an issue to be addressed.Considering that the shipbuilding supply chain is dependent on and linked to the external environment,if a framework of synergistic development is built between the shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment,one is to reach a synergistic cooperation between the shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment,coordinate the conflicts with the external environment and make full use of the resources in the external environment,and the other is to make a synergistic response to the changes in the external environment,it will be conducive to the development of the shipbuilding supply chain.The development of the shipbuilding supply chain will be beneficial,and the maintenance or enhancement of China’s status as a shipbuilding power will be guaranteed.However,the external environment is complex and volatile,and there is a low degree of synergy between the shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment,which affects the sustainable and healthy development of the shipbuilding supply chain.Therefore,the analysis of the level of synergy between China’s shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment and the search for a development path has become one of the topics to be discussed.Firstly,a theoretical analysis of the synergistic development between the shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment is conducted.Explaining the theory in terms of shipbuilding supply chain,supply chain synergy and external environment,and the external environment with which the shipbuilding supply chain is linked are explored.The connotations of synergy between China’s shipbuilding supply chain and external environment,as well as the basis and conditions of their existence,are summarised to lay the necessary theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis.Secondly,a comparison is made between the current situation of China’s shipbuilding supply chain at home and abroad,and a qualitative analysis is made of its synergistic development with the external environment and the lack of it.The results show that synergistic development and lack of synergy exist simultaneously.There are still many shortcomings in relying on the synergy of the two to help optimise the shipbuilding supply chain.Thirdly,based on the construction of an indicator system,the level of synergy between China’s shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment from 2011 to2025 is analysed with the help of a relevant model.The results show that the level of coupling and coordination between China’s shipbuilding supply chain,the science and technology innovation environment,and the public service environment remains roughly stable at the primary level of coordination during the ten years of measurement,and shows a declining trend to varying degrees in the following five years.The coupling coordination between the shipbuilding supply chain and the ecological environment has an upward trend in the next five years,but also basically remains at the primary coordination level.The coupling and coordination between the shipbuilding supply chain and the international environment is on a positive trend,and is expected to reach a good level of coordination by 2025.In terms of the ability of China’s shipbuilding supply chain to adjust appropriately to changes in the external environment,it is currently at a medium level of responsiveness and is expected to improve in the future.Finally,we discuss the path of synergistic development between China’s shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment.Based on the aforementioned evaluation system,we explore the key factors driving the synergistic cooperation through sensitivity analysis and propose corresponding development paths from the perspective of the shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment on the one hand,and explore how to improve the ability of China’s shipbuilding supply chain to appropriately respond to changes in the external environment from the perspective of the shipbuilding supply chain on the other.The aim is to maintain China’s position as a major shipbuilding nation and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s shipbuilding supply chain through the synergistic development of China’s shipbuilding supply chain and the external environment.
