Due to the large number of node enterprises in the construction supply chain,the number and types of information generated during the project implementation process are complex,and it is prone to problems such as poor information flow and lack of information,which makes information technology unable to be effectively coordinated,resulting in construction supply chain management.It is still relatively backward in terms of production efficiency.Collaborative management of construction supply chain and the emergence of BIM technology have made it possible to solve the above problems.Effectively combining BIM technology with the collaborative management of the construction supply chain can ensure that the project-related information runs through the nodes of the construction supply chain,providing timely and accurate information for all stages and participants of the construction project,and realizing the participation of the participants.Collaborative work in all phases of the construction project,thereby improving the efficiency of the project and saving costs.However,due to the multi-faceted influence of BIM-based construction supply chain collaborative management,its further application is restricted.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out and analyze the synergistic factors of BIM-based construction supply chain,find out the main influencing factors,and make relevant suggestions,which helps to manage the project collaboratively,thus improving project performance.This paper first expounds the research background and significance,summarizes the research status of BIM and construction supply chain collaboration at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content and method.Secondly,based on the theory of BIM and construction supply chain synergy,the construction supply chain synergy mechanism is analyzed,mainly analyzing the synergistic characteristics,formation mechanism and influencing factors of the construction supply chain,paving the way for the identification of the BIM-based construction supply chain synergy factors;again,combined with the above analysis,the BIM-based construction supply The chain synergy factors were identified.The literature research method was used to extract 32 BIM-based construction supply chain synergy factors.The questionnaire was designed according to the extracted factors,and the factor analysis method was used to analyze and delete the unfavorable factors.Common factors are management skills,organizational cooperation,rulemaking,technical synergy,and cost and cost factors.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine and rank the weights of various factors.The research results show that the organizational cooperation factors have the highest weight,technical coordination,rule formulation,cost and management skills are second,according to the important rankings,making recommendations from the corporate and government levels.
