| Preventive maintenance can reduce equipment failure risk and improve the overall reliability of the system.And it is increasingly significant with the improvement of automation.As a mainstream method of preventive maintenance,opportunistic maintenance coordinates the decline characteristics of various equipment while effectively reducing maintenance costs.Especially for serial manufacturing system,whose breakdown on any equipment will cause a system stagnation,opportunistic maintenance plays a key role in improving its maintenance efficiency and ensuring the stable operation.In addition,in order to better adapt to the diversified market demand,flexible production is widely used in manufacturing,which means that production line may face different tasks,inevitably affect the decline trend of equipment resulting from different load effects.Therefore,how to make a scientific opportunistic maintenance strategy to fit the flexible production mode becomes an urgent problem for many factories.Oriented to the serial manufacturing system,this paper deeply discusses the impact of dynamic production tasks on equipment performance in flexible production and the modeling method of system opportunity maintenance.First,the main characteristics of flexible production are analyzed,focus on two factors,product type and production task urgency,to quantify their effect on equipment load.And then build a failure rate model of the equipment under flexible production with proportional risk function.Secondly,based on the expected load and dynamic load,the method of quantifying the load of the equipment under different production tasks is explored,and the system opportunistic maintenance model based on static and variable two types of time windows is established to decide the opportunistic maintenance combination and time in stages.Finally,a case study is used to verify the effectiveness of the dual time window opportunistic maintenance strategy.And the two types of opportunistic maintenance models under expected load and dynamic load are compared to verify the superiority of opportunistic maintenance strategy with variable dual time window of serial manufacturing systems under dynamic load.This paper presents a dual time window opportunity maintenance model for serial manufacturing system,which can describe the actual decline rule of equipment more accurately,realize the optimization of maintenance cost and provide a new decision-making idea for the maintenance management of manufacturing system for modern factories. |
