This paper is derived from the Harbin Dongan Automotive Engine Engine Manufacturing Co.(DAE) 4G15 M cylinder head machining line valve seat processing optimization project.This dissertation mainly through the research analysis system processing technology of cylinder head conduit and seat ring, fixture, clamping force, catheter seat materials, cutting fluid material to affect the quality of products is optimized; pressure affects the accuracy of processing mode, pressing mechanism, and rough machining tool was improved to ensure improved to establish the final finishing tool scheme is the best. Collecting actual data processing, borrow Mintap data processing tools, after verifying the reliability of measurement system, the PPK process capability analysis to determine the valve seat cutter optimization scheme are as follows: the reamer and the knife body is connected to four ball and an axial spring stop ring locking; multi edge one reamer reamer head structure; valve seat insert clip to holding in the upper clamping cutter, reamer rod materials selection for hard alloy material. This scheme can improve the flexibility of production line, production capacity, and reduce the processing cost. On optimized tool for field trial, through the engineering calculation and chi square test to further optimize the process parameters, ultimately determine the finishing hole pipe line speed 50 M / min, feed per revolution is 0.13 MM and cutting depth for 0.225mm; determine the linear velocity of the finish machining of valve seat for 60 m / min, feed per revolution for 0.075 mm, cutting depth is 0.1mm. And SECO tool manufacturers to jointly develop new valve seat machining tool and applied to the actual processing, and in the production of continuous improvement and perfection of the tool.. |
