Comparison And Application Of Comprehensive Evaluation Methods For Medical Magnetic Resonance Equipment Experience Design | | Posted on:2021-06-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Zhai | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2492306503494954 | Subject:Public Health | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:To explore comprehensive evaluation methods suitable for evaluating medical magnetic resonance equipment,and compare the rationality and scientificity of different comprehensive evaluation methods.This study combines the needs of medical magnetic resonance experience design evaluation,establishes an evaluation index system,establishes a mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation methods,and compares the results of different evaluation methods to perform a preferred combination of comprehensive evaluation methods.Materials and Methods:The data oriented from the survey conducted by the subject cooperative hospital in 2018 on the relevant practitioners in the imaging department of 797 medical institutions.The content of the questionnaire includes satisfaction evaluation on the experience design of medical magnetic resonance equipment of different models and different brands,with a total of 56 evaluation indicators.Thirteen types of medical magnetic resonance equipment were selected as evaluation objects.The Delphi method is used to establish the evaluation index,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation index system.The weighted TOPSIS method,weighted rank sum ratio method and comprehensive scoring method are used for comprehensive evaluation.Applying the combined evaluation method based on average to synthesize the results of three single evaluation methods.The data cleaning,sorting and statistical analysis are realized through Excel,SAS 9.4 and R 3.5.3 statistical software.At the same time,this study will supplement the R code that implements the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP weighting,and compare the results of the written R program with the published SAS program.Results:The evaluation index system for medical magnetic resonance experience design based on Delphi method and AHP has two levels.There are two primary evaluation indicators,which are the overall system satisfaction evaluation and the equipment work process satisfaction evaluation.And there are 14 secondary evaluation indicators.The three comprehensive evaluation methods have a certain consistency with the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the medical magnetic resonance experience.The TOPSIS method and the rank-sum ratio method have the highest consistency with the results of the comprehensive scoring method(kendall coefficient=0.84615,P=<.0001),the consistency of the TOPSIS method and the rank-sum ratio method is relatively general(kendall coefficient=0.69231,P=.0001),the results of the combination evaluation method and the three single comprehensive evaluation methods have high consistency(Compared with rank sum ratio method:Kendall coefficient=0.85722;compared with TOPSIS method:kendall coefficient=0.85722;compared with comprehensive score method:kendall coefficient=0.9871,P<.0001).Conclusion:The evaluation index system constructed by the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process used in this study is comprehensive and objective.It is feasible and suitable for the evaluation of MRI equipment experience design of the establishment.The evaluation results of the three comprehensive evaluation methods used in this study are consistent.It can be considered that the three evaluation methods of comprehensive scoring,TOPSIS and rank sum ratio are all applicable to the evaluation of medical magnetic resonance equipment.The evaluation results of the combined evaluation method based on rank mean are highly consistent with the results of the three evaluation methods.It can be considered that the combined evaluation method based on rank mean can objectively and effectively solve the problem of inconsistent evaluation results of multiple evaluation methods on the same evaluation object. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Medical Magnetic Resonance, Comprehensive Evaluation, Rank-sum Ratio, TOPSIS method, Comprehensive Scoring, Combined Evaluation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
