| According to WHO statistics, cardiovascular disease(CVDs)is the leading cause of global death. It is estimated that 17,900,000 people died of cardiovascular diseases every year, accounting for 31% of the total deaths worldwide.Among these deaths,an estimated 7,400,000 people died of coronary heart disease and 6,700,000 died of stroke.Electrocardiogram(ECG)is an important reference for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Hospitals use ECG to examine the heart function of patients, but the monitoring time is relatively short. It cannot diagnose diseases that need long-term detection. Therefore, the demand for continuous long-term ECG signal detection equipment is increasing and an equipment based on wireless energy and data transmission provides a good solution. This paper has completed a wireless wearable ECG monitoring system to achieve comfortable and convenient long-term monitoring. In order to make the system easy to wear and to solve the weight problem caused by battery, wireless transmission of energy is used. This paper has optimized the wireless power transmission system to achieve 10-cm transmission distance.Load shift keying(LSK)is used to reuse the energy transmission channel to achieve data transmission. In order to make the system comfort to human body, flexible material is used to make the wearable system. This paper introduces the design of wireless energy and data transmission system in detail, including class E power amplifier, flexible coil,LSK modulation data generation digital module,LSK modulation module and LSK demodulation module. Finally, combined with Bluetooth transmission and display part, the function of the complete system is demonstrated. The ECG acquisition chip is fabricated on the 0.35-μm process. The wireless power transmission system can provide stable energy of more than 2m W energy to keep the system working under 10 cm coil spacing, and realized the reliable data transmission with low bit error rate at50 kbps. The test results prove the feasibility of the designed system can be used in wearable ECG monitoring equipment. |
