With the rapid development of the automotive market,the automotive industry’s demand for engineering efficiency and production efficiency has become more and more urgent,in turn which has brought the automation rate of the automotive industry to a new level.However,there are always dozens of equipment suppliers to build a complete automobile automation production line.The problem that is bound to be faced is the uneven technical level and different design styles of equipment suppliers,which makes it difficult to ensure the schedule of the project and the stability of following production.As a result,local brand automobile manufacturers want to learn the advanced concepts of foreign to create their own automation standards.SiCar automation standard development platform provides users with an excellent template.However,as a general-purpose automation standard development platform,there is a lack of customized details that require further design and development.This dissertation takes the construction process of automobile production line as the research background,designs customized automation standards for automobile manufacturers based on Siemens SiCar standard.The main contributes of this dissertation are summarized as follows:Firstly,analysis of the design concept of the SiCar automation standard development,and following the design method and project automatic generation conception of SiCar,this dissertation designed the following significant blocks.For example,management of safety circuit area,configuration of Auto/Manual operation mode,design conception of Tec-unit blocks,HMI design style,system diagnostic and user defined alarm,and so on.Secondly,refer to the general requirements for project and alarm language,process planning,designed and debuged automation standard based on SiCar.Including,update block library,increasing project language,changing the way of alarm generation,optimizing the functional screens,and so on.At last,according to the specific requirements of customer for customized technical unit equipment,design of the code for the Tec-unit.Release the completed startup project and library to OEM,then OEM will create the automation project based on SiCar and commissioning.Also,OEM should finish the document of Project.All the above achievements were applied to not only the traditional automobile manufacturers GEELY,CHANGAN,BAIC,JAC,and so on,but also E-cars NIO,TESLA,and so on.The new plant were put into operation smoothly,and the automotive factory had its own automation standard,that ended the history of the domestic brand automotive manufacturer without independent automation standards.
