As the top priority of energy,oil is the lifeblood of the strategic development of the national economy.The development of oil extraction technology and the increase of oil production have became the main ways to solve the world energy crisis.However,the ground pumping units currently used in oil fields generally have problems such as low system efficiency and poor stability.In order to effectively solve the above problems,the submersible linear motor pumping unit came into being.The linear motor placed in the well which eliminates the intermediate links such as ground pumping unit and sucker rod drives the plunger of the pump to move up and down to achieve the purpose of pumping oil.This pumping method improves the pumping efficiency and it is a major change in the traditional pumping unit.Based on the characteristics of submersible pumping unit and the current research status of linear motor,this paper proposes a tubular transversal flux linear switched reluctance motor(TTF-LSRM)which adopt motor modular complementary structure used for submersible oil recovery.This paper will focus on the following research on the proposed machine:1.Based on the basic structure of linear switched reluctance motor,a new tubular transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor with split tooth structure and motor modular complementary structure is proposed.The topology and its working principle are analyzed and the advantage of this motor will be pointed out.2.In order to obtain the optimal output performance of the proposed motor,the three-dimensional finite element method is used to optimize the structural parameters of the proposed motor from the machine structure,energization mode and module complementation,and the methods for solving the large electromagnetic thrust ripple of linear switched reluctance motor are proposed.3.Deriving the mathematical model of the TTF-LSRM from the basic electromagnetic law and the linear model of the TTF-LSRM is established.With the help of three-dimensional finite element analysis,the static electromagnetic characteristics of the TTF-LSRM,such as magnetic field distribution,flux linkage and inductance characteristics,and output thrust force are analyzed.4.Based on the current research status of motor loss at home and abroad,especially iron loss,combined with the magnetic density distribution of TTF-LSRM,the theoretical calculation model of motor iron loss is established and the calculation result of iron loss is verified with the help of finite element method,proving the accuracy of the calculation model of iron loss.
