With the continuous development of "Internet +","sharing economy" and smart logistics,pallet sharing platforms have gradually developed,but pallet sharing still has low loading rate,irregular quality and recycling in the actual circulation process between enterprises In order to realize the original intention of building a pallet sharing system,the key issues in the pallet sharing process need to be solved.This article analyzes and summarizes the three key issues in the pallet sharing process.For the existing model of pallet sharing,the bidding selection method is adopted.The pricing problem of the pallet sharing platform and the scheduling problem of the pallets in the platform under the dispatch mode have been studied in detail.The main work and results completed in this article are as follows:1)Based on an overview of the pallet sharing theory and the pallet sharing management model,this paper proposes a special "open pallet sharing platform" service that includes empty pallet sharing,pallet sharing with pallet transportation,and waste pallet recycling The model is analyzed from the components of the platform,business processes,and characteristics of the shared platform.2)Conduct a study on the pricing of hollow trays on the common tray platform under the "automatic bidding" method,consider different market environments and influencing factors,and build a network that considers demand complementarity,user externalities,based on the Hotelling model and multilateral market theory.The multi-stage multi-party game pricing model of factors such as service quality differentiation and participant attribution,through mathematical derivation and analysis of examples,clarifies the impact of various factors on the platform pricing strategy and user attribution,and proposes suggestions to promote the development of the pallet sharing market.3)Regarding the vehicle routing problem of the pallet-sharing platform under the "delivery order" method,it is clear that this type of problem is a large-scale special multi-center vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and delivery of time windows,including both empty trays.Pickup and delivery also include the recycling of used pallets,designed the MDVRPSDPTW mathematical model,designed the GA-FCM hybrid clustering algorithm based on the mathematical model,reduced the calculation scale of the problem,designed the SA-ACO hybrid algorithm to solve the problem,improved the basic rules of the algorithm,Solve the strategy,and introduce the tempering strategy to improve the quality of the solution.Through the test cases,the rules of the mixed algorithm parameter selection are determined.The feasibility and effectiveness of the SA-ACO hybrid algorithm are verified through case data.The research work of the thesis enriches the multilateral market theory,multi-stage price game theory and hybrid algorithm theory to a certain extent,and also has a certain reference role for establishing and perfecting a pallet sharing platform.
