The quality of construction projects has always been an important issue related to the country’s social development.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Two-Year Action Plan for Project Quality Governance" in2014,clarified the responsibilities of all parties involved in construction projects in project quality management,and focused on improving the current quality control level of various construction projects across the country.By exploring the specific path of construction engineering quality management and finding the key points that affect the construction quality,we can better find ways to improve the quality management effect of construction engineering.This article first discusses the basic theories related to the maximum difference measurement theory,the system dynamics theory,and the related background of engineering quality governance,and verifies the feasibility and feasibility of the maximum difference measurement theory and the system dynamics theory for the research of engineering quality governance paths.Applicability;Secondly,based on the crawler technology,the existing research literature is summarized and combed,and three types of supervision bodies such as government,construction units,and users,construction responsibility bodies,and feedback bodies are screened out,and theoretical analysis is carried out,combined with actual engineering Case studies and literature studies further analyze and sort out the quality responsibility behavior of each subject in accordance with the construction process of the project,and extract the important quality behavior of each subject;then use the BWS theory and research methods to analyze and verify each participant’s The relationship between the direct effects of follows:(1)Definition of construction project quality management.Based on the existing literature on quality governance,engineering quality behavior,engineering quality supervision mode,etc.,the connotation of construction engineering quality governance is analyzed from multiple perspectives such as the definition of quality,the difference between management and governance,and the scope of construction engineering.Excavated and summarized its connotation and characteristics,laying a theoretical foundation for further in-depth research from various perspectives;(2)Construction of construction project quality governance path model.Based on crawler technology and actual engineering cases,12 participating subjects and 43 main quality behaviors were screened out.Based on weight analysis and expert consultation,a dynamic evolution model of construction engineering quality management path was constructed.The obtained model has two main paths and several branches.Node;the system dynamics model is used to conduct dynamic simulation analysis on the change law of construction project quality under different conditions affected by the participating entities.The research company,the validity of the model is verified,and the problems and causes in the current construction project quality governance path are analyzed.The research shows that most users lack awareness of research results analyzed the evolution path of construction project quality management from the whole process of construction,and through the establishment of models and example verification,further explored each participant The interaction mechanism with the quality of construction projects provides suggestions for optimizing the thinking and direction of construction quality,which can provide
