Research On The Cultivation Mode Of Innovative Engineering Talents In The AI Time

With the prosperity of big data revolution,a new generation of artificial intelligence is ready to develop,and the time of AI will be strong.In the traditional sense,engineering and technical talents are facing severe challenges brought by technological change.This paper studies the innovative development of engineering and technical talents in China from this perspective.In the age of AI,there is a fundamental change in the demand for engineering talents in the labor market.Because the traditional engineering talents can not adapt to the change of market demand brought about by this new technological change,they are in a dilemma of employment.The AI time puts forward corresponding requirements for the knowledge,ability,quality and other aspects of engineering and technical talents.The innovative development of engineering and technical talents is the inevitable move to deal with the challenges of artificial intelligence technology,and the cultivation of innovative engineering and technical talents is the inevitable choice to respond to the needs of the times.However,from the perspective of AI time,there are some problems in the innovation and development of engineering talents in schools,enterprises and society.Specifically reflected in five aspects: lack of humanistic spirit and "spiritual power" of expression,design and art;weak composite of professional knowledge,short of integrated innovation of cross integration;short of innovative practice,lack of ability to creatively solve practical engineering problems;bad atmosphere of enterprise innovation culture,"wolf" extreme culture and "996" system inhibit the development of innovation;social support for industry The status and role of Cheng technical talents are not respected enough.In view of some problems existing in the cultivation of innovative engineering and technical talents in China,this paper puts forward five suggestions for innovation and development: dialectically unify "Engineering","culture" and "art",cultivate humanistic spirit and innovative "spiritual power";dialectically unify various professional knowledge,improve composite innovation literacy;dialectically unify theory and practice,strengthen practical innovation link and combination of production,study and research;dialectically unify "economic innovation" In addition,we should build a social environment of respecting innovative engineering and technical talents based on the background of AI era.
