In order to reduce the cost of human resources consumed by the verification of gas consumption in heating and cooling buildings,and to increase work efficiency,this project has carried out research work on the rationalization evaluation method of energy consumption for gas heating and cooling users.For the air consumption verification of heating users,the most intuitive way is to simulate the air consumption of the user,comprehensively consider the performance of the building envelope,the working efficiency of the heating system and the outdoor weather conditions,and obtain a more accurate theoretical air consumption and actual consumption.Compare the air volume and judge whether it is reasonable.However,for the gas management department,there are a large number of heating and cooling buildings in its jurisdiction,and it is impossible to obtain building parameters one by one for detailed simulation,especially the thermal insulation performance of the envelope structure,building window-to-wall ratio,body shape coefficient and other difficult to obtain The key parameters.Therefore,there is a need for an overall evaluation method that can be applied to a larger heating range.On the basis of the relevant provisions of heating,cooling buildings,building thermal load parameter simplifies the desired analog and by random sampling,regression analysis critical processing parameters,summed up a gas consumption estimation formula,and sufficiently take into account the analog error,Designed and introduced data to verify the energy consumption rationalization evaluation process based on the concept of user gas consumption simulation deviation.The energy consumption rationalization evaluation and analysis were carried out for users within the sample range,and the obtained energy consumption deviation was basically 0-80 % Within the range,and conducted on-site investigations for a small number of users with negative deviations to find out the reasons.The algorithm ensures that air consumption analysis accuracy while significantly reducing the workload of the energy consumption verification.While carrying out the rationalization evaluation of energy consumption,the author also conducted a detailed analysis of various boiler equipment,building parameters,and national standards that determine air consumption based on the survey data,and explored the impact of major building energy-saving renovation measures to ensure the rationalization of the evaluation can be adjusted with the remodeling of the building.At the same time,for the key users of energy consumption,the author designed and installed a gas user terminal monitoring system to record the user’s gas input and boiler output heat related parameters,and introduced a generalized cross-correlation algorithm to determine differences through multi-coupling parameter analysis.The correlation between the measured parameters,in the actual user’s installation and simulation operation,the obvious peak of the coupling of the parameter fluctuations is obtained,and the time delay of 5 minutes between the fluctuation of the gas input and the fluctuation of the boiler water temperature is obtained,which proves the system Able to complete real-time analysis and early warning.
