| In recent years,the urgent demand for energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry has been recognized by governments around the world.How to calculate the life cycle energy consumption of a building is very important to take energysaving management measures.In order to accurately calculate the energy consumption of buildings,this paper researched the life-cycle energy consumption assessment of buildings in detail.First of all,this paper analyzed and summarized the existing database of life cycle inventory and literature at home and abroad,thus establishing the domestic database of unit energy consumption of building materials.The energy consumption database contains 164 energy consumption data,divided into 7 categories: metal building materials,glass and ceramic building materials,cement building materials,wall building materials,natural material building materials,organic material building materials and other building materials.It also includes energy consumption per unit of transport.Secondly,according to the life-cycle Assessment(LCA)paradigm,this paper constructed a building life-cycle energy consumption Assessment model.LCA is an important and widely used method for environmental impact quantification.Currently,LCA theory has gradually been applied in the field of Architecture,Engineering &Construction(AEC),which has become a new trend of research.The paper also applied the Building Information Model(BIM)technology to assist the evaluation of Building energy consumption,so as to improve the computational efficiency.The energy consumption evaluation model mainly included four parts: Goal and Scope Definition(the life cycle of building has been divided into stages of construction,operation,maintenance and demolition stage),Life Cycle Inventory(building bill of quantities and energy consumption list),Life Cycle Energy Consumption Assessment(the above four stages of energy consumption calculation model)and Interpretation.Finally,the paper took the infection building of Mingguang City People’s Hospital of Chuzhou City as an example to verify the feasibility of the model,and put forward the corresponding energysaving management measures.The database of unit energy consumption on building materials in China can be used for the quantitative calculation of energy consumption of different building components and the whole building life cycle,and it also provides some reference data for the establishment of localized energy consumption database of building materials in China.In addition,the building energy consumption assessment model based on LCA established in this paper provides the possibility for measuring the energy consumption in the life cycle of buildings,and also provides the theoretical basis for the energy-saving management of the life cycle of buildings. |
