| Transportation infrastructure is an important engineering service system to ensure the normal operation of regional economic activities.The study on the evaluation of transportation construction level and its relationship with regional economic development has always been one of the core issues of urban and rural planning and geography.This study takes Northeast China as an example,take 2005 and 2018 as the time node,the research direction is based on the level of land transportation construction and the characteristics of spatial differentiation and its matching relationship with economic development,measure the construction level of road traffic and railway traffic in the Northeast through four sub-indices of road network density,traffic proximity,traffic topological accessibility,and time accessibility,and traffic construction level,one integrated index,and two angles,and comprehensively integrate the level of land transportation construction in Northeast China,and use the improved quadrant diagram method to classify and identify the matching types of land transportation construction and economic development,in order to provide some suggestions for the planning and layout of land transportation infrastructure in Northeast China and its coordinated and sustainable development with economy.The study found:(1)The overall level of land transportation construction in Northeast China is on the rise,its spatial distribution pattern presents a typical "core-periphery" structure,the level of land transportation construction generally decreases to both sides with the "Harbin-Dalian Axis" as the center.(2)The relationship between land transportation construction level and economic development of the 213 research units in Northeast China can be roughly divided into3 categories and 10 sub-categories.Coordination types include: H-H coordination type,L-L coordination type,H-L coordination type,L-H coordination type;leading traffic types include: H-H traffic leading imbalance type,H-L economic lagging imbalance type,L-L economic lagging imbalance type;the traffic lag type includes:H-H economic leading imbalance type,L-H traffic lag imbalance type,L-L traffic lag imbalance type.(3)There are significant regional differences in the relationship between the level of land transportation construction and the level of economic development among the research units in the Northeast region,low match,but over time,the number of research units that are coordinated between the level of land transportation construction and economic development is increasing.(4)Liaoning Province and Jilin Province are mainly high-level coordination type and advanced land transportation construction type,while Heilongjiang Province and the four Eastern cities of Inner Mongolia are mainly low-level coordination type and backward land transportation construction type.(5)The advanced research units of land transportation construction level are mainly distributed along the "Harbin Dalian axis",while the backward research units of land transportation construction level are mainly distributed in the four northeast cities,border ports and remote prefecture level cities. |
