Abstract/Summary:
With the phenomenon of large numbers floating equipment(cultural relics, database) being destroyed in earthquake, this article puts forward a new vibration isolation device, which can be used to protect floating equipment. Vibration isolation device includes the Showcase table and isolation layer which is mainly composed of rubber bearing, sliding track, and isolation layer is the core component of device. The vibration isolation device was tested on shaking table model, the shock absorption effect of floating equipment was verified, and the experimental phenomena were analyzed. After analyzing the experimental results and SPA2000 simulation results, the good protection effect of isolation device on floating equipment was testified. This paper mainly explores the following parts:1 Designning a new set of f vibration isolation device which can be used to protect floating equipment., establishing SAP2000 model to analyze its shock absorption efficiency.2 Research on the shear performance of the rubber bearings in the isolation device layer on the simulation vibration table. Through analyzing the obtained data, whether the rubber bearings can meet the requirements specification under different conditions can be decided.3 Conduct the experiment on the overall effect of vibration isolation device and experiment performance on the vibration table, compare and analyze the acceleration values of isolation device showcase and traditional showcase under 22 kinds of conditions, including the small earthquake, earthquake and major earthquake conditions, analyze the data, and the isolator damping rate and effect of protecting floating device can be obtained.4 Comparing the data and results from the experiment and the SPA2000 simulation, and the comparative analysis of the differences can detect the causes of errors.
