| As a major type of building industrialization,prefabricated shear wall structure has outstanding advantages such as reliable performance,energy saving and environmental protection.However,the traditional prefabricated shear wall connection methods generally have problems such as high construction accuracy requirements and long construction period.Therefore,this paper proposes a prefabricated concrete slotted shear wall structure to ensure seismic resistance and shorten the construction period.Designed and completed the production of 8 shear wall specimens,and performed finite element analysis.Main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarizing research status on the connection methods and slit forms domestic and abroad,proposed a prefabricated slotted concrete shear wall.The main feature is that the vertical steel bars at the bottom of the wall are discontinuous.Through the direct hoisting of the mortar,the edge components on both sides of the shear wall are cast in place,thus improve construction efficiency.(2)Two sets of 8 shear wall specimens were designed and produced,including 2 casting shear wall and 6 slotted shear wall which have different parameters settled.The main parameters of the slotted shear wall include: axial compression ratio,edge component reinforcement,horizontal steel bar spacing and component size;the wall construction production process is introduced in detail.(3)Using ABAQUS to model the specimen,simulate its forced form,hysteresis characteristics,energy dissipation capacity,ductility level,stress cloud diagram and other seismic performance under low-cycle reciprocating load.Comparing with the test results,the results show that the simulation results are similar with the experimental phenomena,and the data deviation is about 10%.Due to the simulation accuracy and test errors,it can be considered that the finite element simulation results are relatively accurate and can truly reflect the state of the specimen.(4)Analyze the influence of parameters on the seismic performance of the slotted shear wall.Three types of steels are set in the edge members to simulate their influence.The axial compression ratio and geometric dimensions have the greatest influence on seismic performance;additional steels can increase the bearing capacity of the wall.In engineering design,through reasonable parameter settings,the slotted shear walls can show good seismic performance.(5)Use Midas GEN for PUSHOVER(static elastic-plastic pushover)analysis to evaluate the performance of the slotted shear wall when it is applied to the actual project.The results show that the slotted shear wall is not as good as that of the cast-in-place structure,but the stress state and the distribution of the plastic hinges of the components are close,and the various results meet the requirements of the specification.It proves the feasibility of the slotted shear wall in engineering application and has a certain application prospect.The analysis results can provide data reference for engineering designers.In this paper,the experimental design of the prefabricated concrete slotted shear wall structure is proposed,using ABAQUS and Midas GEN for finite element analysis and calculation,the influence of different variables on the seismic performance are studied.Discussing the feasibility of applying this kind of shear wall into engineering,the results provide theoretical basis for scientific researchers and engineers. |
