| As an important market fulcrum of construction industrialization,prefabricated building is promoting the transformation of traditional building industrialization to a new type of construction industrialization,which is supported by modern information technology,from the perspective of whole life cycle,and with sustainable development building as the image.Prefabricated shear wall structure is one of the most widely used structural forms of high-rise residential buildings in China,and external wall panel is the most common prefabricated component in prefabricated shear wall structure.From the connection form,the external wall panel can be divided into sliding connection external wall panel,rotary connection external wall panel and fixed connection external hanging wall panel.Among them,the application scale of fixed connection external wall panel is the largest,which is also the main research object of this paper.In this paper,the commonly used engineering term is "prefabricated infilled wall".At present,most design institutes still consider precast infill wall by setting cycle reduction coefficient,which is neither accurate nor comprehensive.Because the precast infill wall and the main structure have established a more reliable way of force transmission,the overall mechanical properties of the structure,local stress distribution will not be ignored.It may cause a series of potential safety hazards if it is regarded as a common infill wall and considering a certain period reduction.For the high-rise residential buildings with shear wall structure,18 and 32 floors are the economic floors under the requirements of building fire protection and structural high limit.They are also the most common and the largest number of building floors in the newly-built residential buildings in our country,which have strong engineering representativeness.This is the main basis for setting the number of model floors(model A-18,model b-32,all from the actual project).In order to achieve reference and comparison,two working modes of precast infilled wall and non precast infilled wall are set under model a and model B.the layout of bidirectional and unidirectional precast infilled wall,the layout of adjacent components and non adjacent components of infilled wall are fully considered in the plane layout process.The control parameters selected in this paper include structural torsion regularity,natural vibration period,calculation of earthquake action and other general indicators,elastic state indicators such as elastic interlayer displacement,internal force of elastic components(axis,shear,bending),etc.,and elastic-plastic state indicators such as damage factor,elastic-plastic response time history,energy dissipation capacity,etc It has a strong engineering significance to promote the practical application of prefabricated buildings. |
