The development of urban construction has accelerated the construction process,but no matter whether it is above-ground or underground structure construction,many safety issues will be involved.Therefore,the safe and effective application of structural components has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.In the construction of shield tunnels,as the main supporting component,the effective installation of shield segments has become an important part of the tunnel construction.According to the previous method,after the segment components are produced in the component factory,physical pre-assembly will be carried out on site,and the parameters of the segment will be measured.Only the components that meet the production standards will be used in the shield construction,but this method is costly Large resources,time-consuming,laborious,and inefficient assembly.In response to this problem,this article uses advanced scanning equipment,three-dimensional laser scanners and ancillary equipment to perform three-dimensional scanning of the tube,in order to solve the above problems,and apply it to the research of the pre-assembly stage of the tube reasonably.The main research content is elaborated through the following aspects:(1)In the traditional sense of the shield segment entity pre-assembly field test,the segment produced by the component factory is manually assembled on site,but as a heavyweight component,the segment is used for tower crane transfer and assembly placement.In order to improve the efficiency of component inspection and solve the above-mentioned safety problems,this article proposes the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technology to segment scanning,and relying on the shield tunnel segments of physical engineering.Through the scanning scheme design,a reasonable scanning site layout method is designed,and the Trimble TX8 three-dimensional laser scanner is used to conduct station scanning tests on the capping block,standard block,and adjacent blocks of the tube slice,and reasonable scanning point cloud data is obtained for the follow-up Prepare for work.(2)First get the point cloud data results,and then pre-process the point cloud data to preliminarily get the segment model.TX8 3D laser scanner is used to scan the point cloud data,and a series of processing works of point cloud data are carried out with the software Real Works.Finally,the pre-processed model is obtained for reference.(3)In order to verify the feasibility of scanning technology used in segment scanning,the paper also carries out the segment field entity pre assembly test,and takes a standard segment as an example to measure the parameters of a single segment,and obtains the field measurement data results,in order to compare with the results of three-dimensional laser scanning to verify the feasibility of this technology.(4)On the basis of obtaining the parameter data of the solid pre-assembled segment,this paper uses the segment point cloud model established by Realworks software to reconstruct the surface in the 3Dreshaper software,establish the surface model,and obtain the digital pre-assembly of the actual scan of the segment The data results are compared and analyzed with the physical pre-assembly on-site inspection results,and the scanning feasibility study application is completed.
