By building a digital coal yard,the power plant can achieve accurate coal yard data management optimize combustion economic performance and improve fuel management,and greatly improve efficiency and reduce costs.Based on point cloud data processing technology,this paper studies the key technology of 3D reconstruction of coal pile and constructs a 3D reconstruction system for coal pile,which lays a foundation for the construction of digital coal yard.First of all,this paper introduces how to use the laser scanner to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of the point cloud oin the surface of the object,and uses the average filtering method to preprocess the point cloud data to ensure the reliability of the data.Then,the point cloud data reduction algorithm based on curvature and uniform mesh is introduced respectively.For the laser scanning linear point cloud data,a hybrid reduction algorithm based on uniform mesh is proposed.Based on this,an improved algorithm for regional growth triangulation is proposed.Finally,the 3D reconstruction system is constructed by QT,and the point cloud reduction and surface reconstruction algorithm is realized.The 3D model of the coal pile is displayed by VTK,and the ideal 3D image of coal pile is obtained..In this paper,the three-dimensional reconstruction experiment of coal pile is used to evaluate the advantages of the proposed algorithm in the imaging effect.It is verified that the proposed surface reconstruction algorithm is efficient and accurate in the processing of scanning line point cloud data.The three-dimensional reconstruction system of the coal pile is simple to implement,the reconstruction speed is fast,the reconstruction precision is high,and it has strong practicability.
