The rapid development of digital measure technology provides various of measuring means withlarge range, high accuracy and high efficiency, for aircraft component assembly. At present, bothdomestic and international aircraft manufacturers accomplish aircraft component assembly withdigital measuring equipments, such as laser tracker, indoor GPS, laser radar, total station, etc.Constructing digital measuring field with digital measuring equipments, to position aircraftcomponent accurately, is the foundation and precondition of aircraft component assembly.The digital measuring equipments in the area of aircraft assembly in china are applied in primarystatus, facing the problems that measuring manually without an unified measuring basis. Theproblems lead to measuring inefficient, unable to reject the reference points include gross error, lowpositioning accuracy, that can’t meet the requirements of modernized aircraft assembly. To solve theproblem, taking aircraft component assembly as the research object, digital measuring field based onlaser tracker is constructed, providing measuring basis to aircraft component assembly. The maincontributions in this thesis are as follows:1) A method of measurement based on laser tracker is proposed for aircraft component assembly.A position layout of laser tracker is designed, and automatic positioning and tracking measurement ofreference points which reduces measuring manually and increases efficiency is achieved.2) The method of constructing digital measuring field for aircraft component assembly is studied,by linearizing the model of Bursa-Wolf with taylor expansion and building the linearized model ofcoordinate transformation suitable for large rotation angle. The factors coursing the error of measuringfield are analysed, and the relationship models between error and factors are deduced.3) The technology of gross error detection of the actual and normal coordinates of referencepoints is studied, and a method of evaluating the accuracy of reference points is proposed. Beside, theerror correction model of coordinates of reference points is presented.4) The software of digital measuring field constructing system is developed, which achievedconstructing digital measuring field, automatic positioning and tracking measuring, gross errordetecting, correcting the coordinates of reference points, visual simulating, etc.5) The position adjustment and assembly of fuselage and wing of ARJ21-700is carried out withthe digital measuring field constructing system and the position adjustment control system.
