In February 2019,the notice of the State Council on printing and distributing the implementation plan of national vocational education reform put forward the direction for the reform of vocational education,that is,China’s vocational education reform should learn from the "dual system" and other modes,and schools and enterprises should jointly study and formulate talent training plans.In the past 30 years,the dual system has been tried out,used for reference and reformed in various vocational schools in China.The application and maintenance of automobile in secondary vocational schools are close to the needs of the market,and the operation skills of professional courses are required to be high.This paper studies the application and practice of dual system in the course based on the course of electrical equipment maintenance of automobile power system in Western Yunnan class of automobile application and maintenance major of Shanghai Electronic Technology School.In order to implement the vocational education in western poverty-stricken areas and implement the action plan of cooperation between the East and the west,Shanghai has established a Vocational Education Alliance to jointly educate people with education departments in Yunnan,that is,to recruit students from local areas and study in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai.Most of the students are ethnic minority students.Their foundation is weak and their knowledge level is uneven,which makes it more difficult for the teaching of professional courses.The dual system can just solve this problem.Based on the analysis of the application status of the dual system at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the practical application of the dual system in the 18061 class of automobile application and maintenance specialty delivered to Shanghai in the western region.In the early stage,through the joint discussion between the school and the enterprise,we revised the curriculum standard,determined the teaching content,designed the teaching materials,discussed the teaching implementation process,and determined the curriculum evaluation.And on this basis,the practice of dual system is carried out.In the process of practice,we should focus on the curriculum,cooperate with the roles of enterprises,teachers and students,complete the work tasks in the form of work pages,and evaluate the learning situation of students in a multi-dimensional way.Through the practice and application we can see the students’ performance has been significantly improved,and has been recognized by the enterprise.It has formed a good "learning,probation,internship" communication mode with the enterprise,and also provided a guarantee for the students’ employment.Through this mode,we can maximize the role of enterprises in education and embody the characteristics of dual system.At the same time,through the implementation process of the dual system in the course,as well as the questionnaire and interview with the relevant personnel of enterprises and students,we found the areas that need to be improved in practice,and provided useful suggestions and methods for the future application of the dual system mode.
