Research On Functional Configuration Of Complex Building

With the steady development of the national economy,the demands of urban residents for life have become diversified and complicated.While people are satisfying the material life,their commercial demands for culture,catering,entertainment and other aspects are constantly increasing.Therefore,the planning and design of urban complex buildings have been developed rapidly.In addition,compared with the large number of mature complex building practices,the corresponding theoretical research is somewhat lagging behind,and the comprehensive,in-depth and systematic theoretical analysis and summary of the functional configuration of complex buildings is relatively insufficient.Under such an environmental background,this thesis studies the functional configuration of the complex building.First of all,the author read and analyzed a large number of domestic and foreign studies on functional configuration of complex buildings,and summarized the research status of this topic.Secondly,it reviews the development history of complex buildings,summarizes the characteristics of commercial activities of complex buildings and the influencing factors of functional allocation,and puts forward the principles of functional allocation of complex buildings.Again,the function forms of ten complex building located in Nanjing city and suburb as research object,uses the system analysis,interdisciplinary analysis,comparative analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,such as the research case of function structure,spatial distribution,use quality of researches in three aspects,and sums up the research case function configuration of the existing problems.Finally,in view of the existing problems,countermeasures are put forward from the five aspects of the selection,scale,ratio,layout and transportation of the functional format of the complex building,and the strategies are applied to the functional configuration practice of the complex above Nanjing Xiaguan Station.Based on the comparative analysis of research cases,this study summarizes the existing problems of functional configuration of complex buildings: incomplete functional format,unreasonable functional ratio and inappropriate functional distribution.In view of the above problems,the general and individual coping strategies are proposed for the functional configuration of the complex building.Firstly,the functional format is selected according to the target consumers,the business environment and the regional location,and the way of combining time-series dynamic configuration is followed.Secondly,Standardize the spatial scale of functional rooms and optimize the ratio structure of functional formats;Thirdly,Reasonably arrange the space of functional format according to the rent level,main stores,consumption habits and special space;Fourthly,Organize the horizontal traffic,vertical traffic and traffic nodes of the complex building according to consumer behavior and relevant norms.This thesis almost contains 78,000 Chinese characters;118 Figures;36 Tables.
