In the high-density urban environment,As an important urban space resource,in many cases,super high-rise buildings are limited to accommodate the business forms that can directly obtain economic benefits through rent and sale,resulting in serious homogenization and lack of interaction with the city.In this context,the introduction of ancillary business formats such as sightseeing floor,restaurant,museum and theater has become an effective way for the coordinated development of super high-rise buildings and cities.In this paper,the ancillary business formats area is defined as the functional area in super high-rise building tower to accommodate ancillary business formats.From the perspective of architectural design,this paper systematically studies how to deal with the relationship between the area and the existing elements in the building and the elements in the urban environment where the building is located.The second chapter of this paper completes the basic research on the ancillary business formats.On the basis of the existing concepts,the definition is further clarified.Then,this chapter analyzes the development background of ancillary business formats,including problems in the development of cities and super high-rise buildings,and social,policy and technical support.Then,it combs the development process of the ancillary business formats:starting from the high-altitude viewing activities,and then developing towards more diverse and public.Finally,according to different service contents,the ancillary business formats are classified,and the scale and customer group characteristics of tourism,catering,exhibition and performance are analyzed.The third chapter completely sets up the design strategy system of ancillary business formats area.First of all,referring to the urban catalyst theory,in the three levels of city,architecture and space,the ancillary business formats has the values of integrating urban advantageous resources,providing urban public functions,bringing sustained vitality to buildings,stimulating multiple willingness to visit,and activating building space.In order to realize the above values,the problems to be solved in the design of ancillary business formats area include: the interaction between the ancillary business formats area and the surrounding urban space,the coordination between the ancillary business formats area and other business forms in the building,and the adaptation between the ancillary business function and the building space.To deal with the above problems and realize the synergy between the ancillary business formats and the existing elements,this chapter puts forward the principles of urban space synergy,synergy of various business formats space and functional space synergy,and constructs the design strategy system of the ancillary business formats area on this basis.Under the guidance of the above system,the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters systematically study the design strategy of ancillary business formats area.The fourth chapter proposes to build its identity,openness and accessibility through the external form design,open platform design and bottom streamline organization of ancillary business formats area,so as to realize urban space synergy.The fifth chapter proposes to build the independence,connection and security of the ancillary business formats area through the vertical location selection,vertical traffic organization and the combination with the through height space,so as to realize the synergy of various business formats space.In Chapter 6,under the support or restriction provided by the building space,it is targeted to find ways to give full play to the advantages,avoid contradictions and create conditions for the internal functions of various typical ancillary business formats,so as to realize the functional space coordination.In this paper,the ancillary business formats area of super high-rise buildings is clearly defined,and the systematic design strategy is put forward with the goal of value realization.This study can guide the design practice of the ancillary business formats area of super high-rise buildings.
