The proportion of new residences and per capita living in rural areas are larger than that in urban areas. But the measure of building energy saving is unfolded in urban areas but the same thing does not happen in rural areas where vast amount of energy is being consumed. At the same time, with the new rural construction, energy structure in is changing rapidly. Energy consumption of rural residences has overtopped a third of that in urban areas, and it has been increasing rapidly at an annual rate of more than 10%.Building energy saving and sustainable development in rural areas have become a very important and urgent problem.Through the conduct surveys and studies on energy saving of rural residences in Xi'an, we grasp the general situation in residential construction, building envelope, building energy consumption and thermal comfort degree aspects etc. Summarizing and finding out problems on energy saving aspect of rural residences, this paper thinks rural residential energy-saving are available from the following several aspectsAccording to the natural conditions construction of residential design, using PHOENICS software to make simulation and analysis of outdoor wind environment in Xi 'an high land HeJia Village deer park street. To the existing problem of residential behind wind speed and pressure is too low, improve the layout of the way. And the improved residential community has carried on the simulation analysis, the results prove that the improved on rural residential energy conservation is beneficial.Strengthen the building envelope energy saving measures. Put forward the applicable Xi 'an area of rural residential energy-saving optimization of two sets of main body. Select the typical model of rural housing, using DeST-h software to make the computational simulation. The result shows that: The author puts forward the energy saving optimization scheme has good heat preservation and heat insulation effect, energy conservation and efficiency improved. For the optimized economic feasibility analysis has been done for the farmhouse, the payback period is short, of alternative economically feasible.Making effective use of solar energy resources, aiming at the problem of rural residences that solar energy availability is low in Xi'an, we discourse the feasibility of active solar energy heating system in local areas.Currently, energy in rural areas is being waste seriously and ecological environment is worsening. In the premise of living comfort of local residents, decreasing waste energy is a important link in new rural construction project. Wishing that the research findings in this dissertation can provide a reference on energy-saving design aspect of rural residences to new rural construction in Xi'an.
