Research On Knowledge Service Model Of Port Supply Chain Based On Ontology

With the continuous advancement and development of the world economic integration process,as well as the popularization of Internet technology,artificial intelligence and other technologies,China’s port logistics industry and supply chain has entered a new high-speed development stage,and the port supply chain should be born.As to enter the Internet data of new era,the port supply chain field generated in the course of development and accumulation of a large number of digital resources,due to the complex structure of port supply chain and involved in many fields,and many node enterprise is used to change the operation mode of the traditional and cooperative environment problems such as difficult to predict,cause the port supply chain cannot effectively and to maximize the use of quantitative data in the field of sea resources.It is difficult to quickly adapt to the development of economic integration,which makes it difficult for the port supply chain to realize intelligent,integrated,efficient operation and transformation and upgrading in the information age with rapid development.The premise of realizing intelligent and integrated operation of port supply chain is that port supply chain enterprises can obtain domain data and required knowledge independently and effectively.Port supply chain should have highly information-based and intelligent knowledge service platform system to provide personalized,intelligent and diversified knowledge service system platform scheme for port supply chain enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the intelligent knowledge service of port supply chain.Firstly,this paper summarizes the literature on the development status and trend of China’s port supply chain,the status and characteristics of the application of knowledge service in the supply chain,and the research status of ontology and ontology-based knowledge service,and summarizes the concepts related to ontology,knowledge service and data mining technology.Secondly,through the acquisition and analysis of the domain knowledge of port supply chain,the construction methods of various domain ontology libraries are compared.Finally,the port supply chain ontology library is constructed from three levels of class layer,attribute layer and instance layer by using the seven-step method.Then,on the basis of an ontology to build port supply chain,build the include knowledge acquisition,knowledge organization and knowledge service three plates of the port supply chain knowledge service model based on ontology,and detailed analysis of the method of knowledge acquisition,knowledge organization,matching,automatic storage and update the knowledge fusion,filtering and integration,semantic tagging of ontology,and provide effective services for users,etc.Finally,in Jiujiang port supply chain,for example model and the application of analysis,details the knowledge retrieval,knowledge navigation and intelligent personalized recommendation services,as well as to the port supply chain based on ontology knowledge service model system feasibility analysis,illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation path.Based on the development trend and existing problems of port supply chain,this paper constructs a knowledge service model of port supply chain based on ontology,and uses the model to provide a series of intelligent,integrated and diversified knowledge services for port supply chain enterprises.It provides a theoretical reference for the efficient operation,transformation and upgrading of port supply chain.
